This company is great! Got a call from our nephew on Sunday that there was a leak in our water heater and water was running down the drive way. We live out of state so trying to find someone to go to the house on a Sunday is difficult enough, most companies even though they say they are 24/7, didnt want to come out. This company showed up and saved the day. They handled everything over the phone with us, did the repairs timely and connected us with a company to help with the water damage. They are honest and priced fairly, and so helpful with us being long distance. I would definitely use them again!

Had misfortune of using this vile company to repair a leak in my home. They arrived 2 hours after the estimated time and seemed to be lolligagging after 45 minutes. They asked to take a break. I went outside to
grab something from my car and it looked like they were doing hard core drugs (meth), While literally sitting in front of my home. My kids were home, so I immediately ended the appointment. They were rude and abusive I’m certain I heard one of the men use the n word. And my bathroom is still leaking, and they had the nerve to ask for payment. Never again!

I had 5 plumbers come out and were unsuccessful finding my leak. A-1 came out, diagnosed and fixed. Highly recommend and would use them again!

On April 9, 2018 I had a major water heater leak and contacted VPS and within 45 minutes Jonathan responded and accessed my water heater situation and within an hour he removed and replaced my water heater with a new one. We initially used a different company to unclog and hydro jet a backed up sewer line. Two weeks later we had the same problem. We called out the same company who then told us that the problem was an offset sewer line that would cost us $15,000 to fix.
We got a second opinion from Plumbing Kings. They carried out a line inspection and found that a portion of the sewer line was partially clogged with debris and grease. We did not have an offset sewer line.
Plumbing Kings staff were very professional and honest and saved us from being ripped off. Glad we got a second opinion. Relieved to know we don't need to spend the $15k for a fault that does not exist. Thank you Plumbing Kings, Steven and Tyler.
