I can't say enough good things about this company, Haik is super knowledgeable, and doesn't quit until the job is done and you are satisfied, I've felt with other companies and most unlike Mastermind Mechanical they try to upsell and do extras that aren't needed, Haik gave us exactly what we wanted and needed. Quick response and we’re able to send a technician to help right away. Michael F. was polite and observed CoVid 19 precautions at all times. Michael was punctual, honest and educational. He helped me save money by informing me that my Delta Faucets had a life time warranty for parts which saved me over $250 dollars. He advised I call delta first and order parts for a more affordable service. I was able to make a follow up appointment with Silver State Plumbing and request for the same technician. They were very quick to reschedule and make accommodations for me that fit my schedule (I work night shift). The technician also educated me on yearly maintenance that’s required for water heaters and what to do to flush out an anode rod! All my years of owning homes, not one plumber has ever told me about how to maintain a water heater and how to keep the your plumbing clear of calcium build up if you don’t have a water softener. I’m just totally impressed by the honesty, great work and fast service. Thanks Again!

As a first time homeowner to an older home, I found my self panicked when I had piping issues right off the bat. What bad luck. After talking to a few companies, I came across TDS. The reps were very personable and responsible. They went out of their way to explain the issue I was having, and gave me recommendations at a great price, without selling me on things I didn’t need. They even provided updates every step of the way. Upon completion I felt very confident with my decision to hire TDS. Heaven forbid I have another plumbing or pipe issue in the future I will without a doubt be contacting them again. The process was super easy, problem solved, and I even learned some things!

Robert helped fix my water heating system, so now there's heat throughout my entire house. He did a great job, quickly and effectively. He came just a few hours after I called. Would call again if needed. Highly recommended. Very nice, fair price and best of all, they left the place cleaner than they found it.
