Awesome-Awesome- I called for an emergency water leak and they fit me in this morning. The technician (Keegan) came out to fix the one leak I had and while he was here I asked him if he wouldn't mind taking a look and another potential problem. He checked his schedule and said he could. Well..... I am so happy I had him check. The other issue would have been way worse....he is coming back tomorrow to put in a new hot water heater for me. He told me it wouldn't be a good idea to use the hot water until he gets the new heater in. His office called me already and set up an appointment first thing tomorrow morning.
I would recommend him to anyone.

We've had to call Precision Plumbers several times this year for some pretty serious plumbing issues. No matter who has answered the phone or provided service, they've been super responsive, informative and get the work done well and in a timely manner. I really appreciate their service.

Curtis was professional and honest and gave a good assessment of what exactly was need for the complete sink and garbage disposal replacement. Nothing at that address and Zach on the phone was beyond rude and told me I didn't care about my loved one because I didn't trust what he was saying as I was bawling my eyes out! Not to mention he told me out of state was my only option and that 100% the opposite of what my insurance said!!

We decided it was time to replace our air conditioner, and Silver State was one of five companies I spoke to. Each was good in its own way, but Silver State stood out as the best for us. I asked Vince why we should invest in his Maytag unit instead of other brands, and he told me about it without once saying anything negative about any other brand. This is a sign of a professional, as well as a sound product in my opinion. The installation was two days later as that is when it was convenient for us, and the gentlemen who installed it knew what they were doing, were professional and polite.
