Best Ceiling Repair in Las Vegas NV

Wow. What a great business! Very professional and clean. My water heater busted and I called LV Restoration and Plumbing they were very friendly and made it out to me within a few hours to have my water heater replaced I was very impressed with their quick response definitely deserves 5 stars!

Good receptionists, but poor speed to get the job started. I waited 1 week to have my water heater replaced. The first day they made a decent excuse claiming that there was a family emergency. After that, it took 7 days to pick up the heater and install it. I was very easy at first with this company. They'll take advantage of your kindnesses, so be sure to be firm on them so they can make the job happen. They told me that they'd start at 8am this morning for sure. I'm sitting here at 3:48 pm watching them install the water heater. Seem like good guys, but being good and producing results in a timely manner are two different things. A company covering for it's employees is great. A company taking advantage of a customer is no excuse.

They have come out to fix a few things for us. I highly recommend them!! Always on time and very friendly.

I didn't want to write this review, but other people need to be warned. I hired Yes plumbing and ac to install a tankless water heater. There were problems from the beginning. The technician didn't show up on time. I was home all day waiting and they showed up in the afternoon, then left. I had to take 3 days off work for them to complete the job. The piping was not able to go through the dry wall as promised. They put the pipes on the outside of the wall and it looks terrible. Then they used insulation which is falling off the wall. They said I'd get a letter from the city to get the inspection done. I didn't get it. I called and they said to wait. I called again and they said they'd take care of it. Well, finally after weeks of having the temporary gas line on the floor where it could be tripped on, the city inspector came out and WE FAILED THE INSPECITION!!!! The inspector said they claimed they installed copper lines and black iron lines. The inspector said that was a lie. He failed it stating the copper and iron were not installed. Instead it was pvc pipe. After calling to tell them that we failed, they said they'd get back to me. I haven't heard anything.... BEWARE! MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!
