I HAD A HORRIFIC HOT WATER LEAK FROM UNDER MY HOME'S SLAB[FOUNDATION].HAVING HAD SEVERAL ESTIMATES I WAS SO VERY PLEASED TO HAVE MARK AND HIS HELPER FIND THE LEAK ALMOST IMMEDIATELY,SAVING ME A HUGE WATER/GAS BILL,THEY CAPPED IT,REROUTED THE PIPE AND CAME IN UNDER ESTIMATE.EXPERIENCE COUNTS.THEY WERE ON TIME,,NEAT CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS AND AFTER 25 YEARS OF BEING A HOMEOWNER I CAN ONLY WISH THERE WERE MORE TECHNICIANS LIKE MARK OF ORCHARD PLUMBING.

Danny was awesome after being referred to Flush It by another well known plumbing company who was very booked out tonight for an emergency snaking service. Also pricing for emergency service was fantastic compared to others quoted. Def use Danny and the Flush It team when you need a knowledgeable company with great service.

I was referred to Jason. After a phone call detailing the issue, he quoted a price. He came out on time and repaired the problem and went above and beyond. Explained everything as the job was going along. Professional, knowledgeable and true to his word. Also, very tidy. He honored his original quote and did a little extra job for us without upping the price. I recommend him highly.

Our last water heater started leaking and everything form the initial call to Brandon showing up was amazing. Brandon specifically did an excellent job explaining the process to me along with the cost associated and the time to take the old one and install the new one. My experience with this company has been short but sweet. My first contact was with the office manager, I think his name is Brian. He worked with me several times to work their tech into my schedule and was most personable and helpful. I had a fair amount of plumbing issues for my rental property. A few companies I called for estimates were very high and the attitude of the tech was your house is in bad shape and needs a lot of work. After his sales pitch, they sent in the closer to finalize the deal, but I didn't like their aggressive stance. American Brothers really impressed me by sending Clint Adams to do my work. He singlehandedly changed out my old hot water tank, rebuilt my toilet, adjusted another one, and installed two new faucets in the bathroom. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional, but he was a very personable man who explained everything to me who understands very little of plumbing issues. As a retired military guy, I appreciated that the company hires veterans and their phone number says it all. I was also impressed with Clint's workmanship and how he was very neat and kept my place clean. I told him next year I will ask for him personally; however, I think anyone would do well with any of the technicians, as the company itself is very consumer-focused and offers excellent work at a fair price. I would heartily recommend them.

Alex was on time and professional. They deliver a quality product at prices that are far more reasonable than the competition. Let's get some numbers: they were $500 cheaper than Pure plumbing and $1000 cheaper than Air Pro Master plumbing. Other plumbing companies charge $90 -$100 just to come out to give an estimate and do not roll that fee into cost of repair or work. Blurpee's gave Same quality of workman ship that the other high priced companies would have provided for my project to install pipe work for a water softener system. Highly recommend.

Daniel and Jesus are awesome! I had a water heater go at 10pm, I called them at that time and they answered. They were out the next morning and replaced it with a new one. All at a reasonable cost.. I highly recommend.

Very honest,profesional, Miguel was a God send .He took the time to listen and answer every question I had and never made me feel like he was out to rob me.I had him flush out my whole plumbing in my house due to a water softener backing up in every sink and two toilets showers and you name it.Very long process but was very excellent and didn't try to gouge me like some other plumbing company's tried.I an very thankful and I will use him and pass on his business cards .He is fair ,honest , and if you need someone you can trust he is the guy. you will never need to look elsewhere this company is the place to get good rates,honesty and the upmost professionalism.

Was referred by our overbooked plumber. Excellent scheduling process. Tech arrived without PPE protocols in place. Pleasant but self impressed... diagnosed component replacements for our water heater would cost almost the purchase price of our unit... which included his $120/hr rate for the drive across town to aquire parts. After discussing these fees w our plumber we decided to just replace & install it for a couple hundred more than our repair bid. I called the office to cancel my service request & pay a service call fee. They were once again very pleasant & professional, refusing payment seemingly embarrassed w Darren's behavior. Then Darren texted whining about our 2nd opinion. He thinks Covid-19 is imaginary. I told him he should expand his sources of factual information then i decided to leave it alone.... then.... Darren mistakenly texted me instead of his boss calling me a pea-headed f## lol yes he even mispelled the profanity. If you call these folks you should definitely request anyone but Darren. It's hard to get good help

Called into the office at 6 pm on a Thursday night . Tech was at my house around 7 pm that night. Took him maybe 15 mins and had my kitchen sink flowing great. Best $105 I’ve spent.
