Best A/C Preventive Maintenance in Las Vegas NV

Amazing service! My first call to Techcool was at 6:30PM on Monday (Sorry Hector 🥴). I explained that my father had returned home that day to find the AC dead and the thermometer at 113°. Although it was late in the day, he arrived at my fathers home within 30 minutes. After trying to triage a 23 year old AC system, we agreed that the cost/effort to repair was inappropriate for a system of that age. I asked for a quote to completely replace the AC and Heating system, which he sent later that evening. Although the Corona-situation has diminished inventory of available systems, he was able to find a system that met my specific request and dispatched a team of experts that removed the old and installed the new system the very next day. I can't say enough about their professionalism and customer orientation. Give Techcool a chance. They are fabulous.

So I wanted to make sure to share my experience with Goettl so everyone can make sure they're getting the best repair needed. I recently had my AC go out and remembering the catchy jingles I called Goettl in hopes it would be an easy fix. After the technician arrived 30 min late they advised it had a coil leak and would give an estimate as far as what it would cost to repair it. $3900. I was blown away, I wanted to know what exactly would be done for that amount. They would first drain the freon, identify the leak, fix the leak, & then refill it. Sounds good right? WRONG. I asked what they would do to fix the leak and was advised they would patch it. So $3900 to patch it?!?!? I immediately said thanks but no thanks and was given a bill for $89 for the service fee even though it said online it was free. I called M&K Heating and Cooling and after their FREE service check and checking for the actual replacement coil we ended up having to replace the AC condenser or wait till September for the replacement part to become available due to supply constraints. $3500 for a whole new outside unit vs $3900 for a bandaid. What do you think was the winner? Bottom line folks be sure to ask detailed questions about what Goettl will be actually doing for their repairs

I find it unusual that a company, who advertises emergency 24 hour service, could not provide us with a service call for our broken water heater for almost three weeks. A water heater spewing water and a complete lack of hot water for daily use must not constitute any level of emergency for this company. Don't waste your time calling them. They clearly only want your business if you are a major home builder in Las Vegas.

Phil was very professional and able to explain a lot to someone who is not as versed in the trade, made sure to take the time to locate the source of the problem and apply the proper fix, and also took the time to make sure it was fixed properly. Enjoyable to talk to, and helpful. 10 out of 10 would hope to work with him on anything we may need fixed in the future. Thank you again Phil

YES Plumbing partnered with Walker Furniture in their program, “Help For Heroes.” This is a program very dear to Walker Furniture. My husband, a veteran, bedridden, suffers from Alzheimer’s Disease, fortunately was blessed to have been honored by Walker Furniture in 2019. YES Plumbing agreed to partner with them in this endeavor. They came into my home and inspected it for plumbing and air conditioning needs. They did some repairs, a few minor installations initially. However, shortly after they worked on my home, I had to contact their office numerous times to return to my home for incomplete repairs. A few months after did work in my home, the air conditioner went out one night. The temperatures in my home was 108 degrees, my husband, again bedridden is being affected. I contacted YES Plumbing and fortunately I talked to one of their workers, who came out to my home at 11:00pm. He advised me that the air conditioner stopped working because it was connected to the furnace. He attempted getting the air conditioner back to working but to no avail. He went back to the company but was told by upper management, they were not going to rectify their mistakes. However, a few hours later this guy came back to my home and worked on patching the furnace himself, stating he could not in good consciousness leave our home, seeing my husband’s condition without doing all he could to help us. He patched things up but only temporarily. He also stated he would probably get in trouble fir helping us. I was contacted by their Quality Assurance employee, Sandra F., this morning who told me they were not going to do anything to help us. They are very unethical and misleading their care for seniors and veterans.

I used FloPro to replace a leaky Hot water heater and was so happy with their prices and work, I decided to update and upgrade my whole house water filtration/conditioning system as well. They are professional, VERY responsive and have very competitive prices. They will be my go to plumbers from now on.
