Best A/C Preventive Maintenance in Las Vegas NV

This company is the best and I would recommend them to any and everyone. They gave me an estimate without any hassle and were able to start fixing my toilet and drain issues immediately. Don't use this service place. They are unprofessional. They are always in a bad mood and only care about going home when they are a 24/7 business.

Very rude staff. When trying to speak with them over the phone they had nothing to say about the way the employees were acting on the job just not listening to me explain what was going on. Overall shook with the way these guys think its ok to act towards their clients and will never be recomending or using this service again.

Our AC unit stopped working 2 weeks before we decided to call a service company but it was hot and even our dogs couldn't stand the heat. We called Air Pro Master and they sent Paul and Mike. They took care of the problems and since then our ac has been working great. Thank you guys!!

I had Roto-Rooter come and snake my whole house and use cameras for preventative measures and maintenance. The two gentlemen, Ryan & Jeff, were very polite, professional, on time, cleaned up after themselves, and explained everything in full detail and so on. They came and saw what I was looking for, gave me a price and were able to complete the work that day. They were very courteous of my schedule and time. They wanted to be sure I would be satisfied and they wouldn't interfere with anything I may have had planned, which is rare and I very much appreciated. I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and service. I will highly recommend Roto-Rooter to others and will definitely use them in again in the future.

2 hours late to their 4 hour window. They need to learn to schedule their appointments better. I was informed the job before mine in Henderson was in North Las Vegas, the technicians don't have a chance to be on time with this kind of scheduling

I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.

PENTAGON PLUMBING is absolutely AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL AND FAST!! Alfred, was/is so very nice and made QUICK work of installing our new soft water line AND new shut off valve at the house. We called on Thursday, they came out on THAT DAY and the work was COMPLETED IN TWO DAYS :) !!
