Save yourself the headache and just do not call them, simply put. There are plenty of negative reviews regarding this company for a reason. They suck.

I called SW Gas asking for a plumber who can fix my natural gas pool heater. Unfortunately, they recommended Butter Plumbing.

I made an appointment to have them come out and look at my 15 year old gas pool heater that never failed until now. The technician diagnosed the problem was the igniter, a fairly inexpensive part. I requested Butter to order the part. After a week of searching, they called me to tell me they (conveniently) could not find the part. I asked them if I could help out and locate it for them. They denied my help and I found the part on eBay. Then they asked if I would want to buy a new heater. Why would I buy a new heater that can be fixed with a $75 part?(Rhetorical )

We got a high water bill so I called A Better Plumbing to come out and they found out the reason for the high water bill. Monte gave me an estimate for routing a new line & said they would put the cost for the leak detection against the estimate. Carla the office mgr scheduled appointment for the next day to route the new line & Monte and his crew did an awesome job and it only took 1 day to complete. I would recommend A Better Plumbing to everyone. Only thing I wish they also did electrical since I need some work done in that area as well but Monte did give me a good referral.

We asked PPS for an inspection as part of buying our house and the septic tank had been previously serviced by them. They failed to report that the leach field wasn't working. We didn't realize that until much later. When we asked them to diagnose the foul smell, they told us it was a cracked lid, replacement of which they quoted us for $2,600. We were able to get the same lid from the manufacturer at $900, but we still wanted to proceed with the service contract. They sent us the contract with the wrong customer information! At this point we decided to stop talking to PPS and tried another company. However, with our special denitrification system only a handful of servicers are certified in entire great Las Vegas! The other company was even worse! So we came back to PPS and begged to be reconsidered for service contract still. We were told that this account was fulfilled and we were done - they do not want to do business with us. My advice - don't you ever buy a house in a residential area with a septic tank. You will regret it. You are left to the mercy of a handful of companies and will struggle.
