Second time I've used Plumbing Pros. I called late afternoon, was too late in the day, but Larry not only called me back right away the next morning, was even early to my house! He promptly took care of my problem was price was very reasonable, less than half of what was quoted with another company. He is a great and trustworthy guy, I'm happy with my service with him, and would be very happy using Plumbing Pros again for my plumbing services!

Bryan was early for appointment and very polite, did a great job told us what he was doing as he went along. Cleaned up everything, took away old unit . Left everywhere cleaner than it was before he came! Thanks Bryan. Great job. Will be requesting him for next job when needed. Having a Home Inspection business and being a prior General Contractor and Operating Engineer I am always asked for referrals. Well I have used Monte and Carla for jobs and all my client referrals for years but had never needed them for myself until today. I was changing a shower cartridge before going on an inspection this morning and the cartridge snapped in half! Having to leave to make my appointment on time I had no water and a house of angry teens. So for the first time in my life I had to call a plumber!
Well who do I call and trust in my home with my family! Monte! First time in my life calling a plumber and walking into my home at the end of the day with a shower valve that worked better then when it was installed!

I am so grateful for Plumbing Kings! They came out last night and made a diagnosis that my master tub drain was the cause of the leak into my garage. I had a different company out here who failed to diagnosis it at all and never followed up after they sent a mitigation company out to cut holes in my ceiling. Thank goodness for Tyler! He is so professional and a very knowledgeable and skillful plumber! If you need anything plumbing related you have to call them! They know what they’re doing and are super responsive. 🙏🏻

I used this company about 3 times. They are nice people but it doesn’t take away from the fact that they got over on us. We paid about 180 the first time 100 the same day because we had to call them back and they did a jeter not sure if I spelled it right so it cost an additional 100. It worked for a few months then the problem came back. They came and told us since we were flushing flushable wipes down the toilet it blocked everything. So we paid 180 again. Altogether we paid about 600$. The last time they came was the end of October. It began giving us problems recently which is December 8. They number they gave us is disconnected we tried a different number and the lady said Sergio was out of town which idk how that is seeing as someone just gave them a negative review one week ago. She told my father to text her the address and we never heard back from anyone. Since then whenever we call it goes straight to vm. I would definitely look for a different company even though their prices were not bad it’s not worth it in the long run. We had another plumber come out today and he told us our roots are squeezing the pipe. Happy plumber never told us that which makes me feel like they didn’t tell us on purpose they kept pushing for us to pay 700$ to have the camera go down there to see what the problem was. They made sure to let us know we didn’t have a warranty unless we paid for the camera which makes no sense. We also had to badger them repeatedly to get the invoices sent to us. Like I said I would go with a different company they seem like nice ppl but they got over on us definitely.
