Robert came out today to perform my cooling maintenance check. He went up and beyond with everything he did! He was extremely thorough and explained everything so I was able to fully understand. I would recommend him and Alaskan to all my friends and neighbors.

I called Outwest Services because Louis Edwards said his company where great plumbers. So I called him to come check out my fathers house because I noticed his house had water damage. I wanted to see if we had a leak. So my journey with Outwest Services began when I called them on a Monday. After talking to him I was informed that he would be able to come check it out till Wednesday. Once he got there and had a chance to check it out, he informed me that we had no leaks, but that we had a really bad mold problem. He said that they where also a mold remediation company and that they would be able to help, and that they would send me a quote as soon as they could. I waited a day nothing.... I waited another day.... nothing.... now its Friday, so I say ok I’ll wait till Monday. Monday comes around and yet again no call. So I called another plumber and he showed up the same day and rechecked his work and he charged me $0 to come out and check the same thing Louis checked out. The real plumber recommended me to a real mold remediation company and they came out the same day and gave me a quote in 12hrs. So after everything, I called Louis and told him that I had hired a different company and to forget about the quote. After this, he informed me that his charges would be 150.00. I should have just called a real plumber and a real mold remediation company; I would have not waisted a week an a half waiting just to get charged 150.00. Just to add to this, I think he should have told me ahead of time what he charges before hand.

He provided quick, professional service. Came out same day, and completed the job within an hour or so. Friendly, polite and informative.

Had a great experience from start to finish! Our water heater was leaking profusely and flooded our garage. Focus Plumbing helped make a stressful situation into a huge relief once they arrived. From the pleasant experience with the phone representative, to dispatch calling back promptly to schedule and lastly our technician, Jesse. STOP - BEWARE - STOP - BEWARE!!!!
If you are about to call this Roto Rooter business in North Las Vegas for any kind of service, rest assured, the chances of you being ripped off are extremely high. Furthermore, if, like me, you are considering this business to perform plumbing or drain services based on all the glowing Google reviews (in excess 90), I can state with near certainty that most of these reviews are probably shill reviews submitted by the owner or family members or employees and probably not satisfied customers. I mean really, every review has a 4 or 5 star rating and nothing lower?? The odds of that happening are so low that you'd have better odds at the craps table before that would happen.

Here is my story: I needed a Positemp cartridge in a spare bathroom shower and garbage disposal in the kitchen removed and replaced with new parts I PURCHASED IN ADVANCE. I knew this was not a complicated or expensive job and yet I was charged $997.95!!! The next day I got a follow-up call from this Roto Rooter to see if I was pleased with the service and I let them know that I absolutely was NOT pleased in any way. I was assured that the owner would call me the next day to discuss my concerns. As you might guess, I got no such call (probably hoping I would forget about it and let it go). After a week and no call, I sent a letter with a copy of my invoice to Roto Rootor's corporate offices in Ohio and Iowa to let them know my experience, that they had a franchise owner preying on customers in Las Vegas and that they needed to be aware of it. Within a week I received a call from the franchise owner, Chuck Wojciechowski, to discuss my bill. He blamed the technician for improperly writing up the invoice and reluctantly offered a partial refund. At the same time I was having some repairs done in my home by a handyman friend and explained to my him the horrible experience I had with Roto Rooter. I asked him to give me an estimate for the same exact services performed by Roto Rooter and got an estimate of $155.00!!!. However, to get my refund I had to FAX a copy of this estimate to this Roto Rooter franchise before they would credit my credit card. If you don't think it could get worse, fast forward two months, and I find out that Chuck Wojciechowski has filed a complaint with the Nevada State Contractor's Board against my handyman for the estimate he gave me, not for any work he performed or was paid for!!! You can't make this stuff up! If I could rate this business with no stars, I would, but the worst you can rate is one star, unfortunately.

NOW, after having read this review, you are still willing to do business with these predators and you get ripped off, know you've been forewarned and leave a real review!

I called about a clogged toilet at 2:15 pm and Juan was at my home by 3 pm. He used the snake and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Grace was the person who took my call and she couldn't have been nicer. Thank you Kevin for the discount! Not only did they show up on time, but their politeness and skill were clear the whole time. They were able to clear the blockage with the help of cutting-edge tools, allowing my drains to work again.

A Team sent a crew out to our old house (built 1952) to see if they could help us with a completely blocked sewer line from our washer and sink to the main line going to the septic. They carefully found the main line using some high tech sounding device, dug a trench in our cement floor, and re-routed the line. When they were done, everything worked perfectly and the cement was refinished. My wife and I
