My water bill jumped from $30 a month to $100 a month so I knew I had a leak somewhere. Through the awesome Google, I found Pipe Dreams Plumbing Company. I spoke to Chance, the owner, who explained the whole process and what needed to be done. There were no hidden fees and he found the leak! The leak was fixed and I'm happy with the job they did. After the first night in our recently purchased home in Sun City Summerlin our main sewer line clogged from years of solidified grease and an incorrectly installed sewer line (originally built without proper slope to the street). We came home from errands to a river of sewage in our house. Jerry was out at the house within hours (on a Saturday). He unclogged the line, rinsed out and cleaned the tub and toilet and diagnosed the problem in the line. Additional mitigation efforts determined that the only way to fix the problem for good was to excavate and install a new line (properly this time). Jerry provided a bid the next day. Jerry and his team had 60+ feet excavated (including under the house to an interior closet where they jack hammered through the floor to find the pipe) in a couple of days. They installed the new sewer line (we also had him replace our main water line while he was already digging up the yard), tested everything, and had it inspected within another day or two. Since we couldn't be living at the house Jerry was kind enough to send me photos and videos of the work in progress. After they covered everything back up and spread the landscaping rocks you couldn't even tell they had been there.

It's hard to find contractors or service providers that are accessible, thorough, hard working, conscientious, and honest but we've found one who will be our plumber for life. This rather complex job was performed faster and cheaper than either my wife or I could have expected. We're thrilled with the results. Jerry, we hope to never need your services again but if we (or anyone we know) needs a plumber you'll the only one we call! Thanks for everything!

They have a guy there that think no all and allhe doesis talks big game. I don't recommend this company. Seems worse service.

I would like to voice my opinion loud and clear: DO NOT USE AQUA PLUMBING in Las Vegas. They have the worst customer service snd especially Kelly is extremely rude and incompetent.

DO NOT USE. First of all Belinda in their scheduling department needs to have a come to Jesus moment if talking with people is the right job for her. You can barely understand her and her attitude is rude. They did work on my brand new home and the workmanship is so poor that I will be calling the contractor board .

Nicest repair person I have EVER dealt with in my life. Came out on a Sunday, hottest day in July, worked tirelessly for 4 hours, and charged very little. Definitely the only Plumber I will ever use in the future. Blown away by the customer service!! Thank you!

Received the quote (after receiving multiple quotes similar in price from other companies) told him to go ahead and do the work. Ended up charging me less than original quote. Honest! This guys business is going to do well.
