365 Plumbing came out and removed our old kitchen sink and and installed a new one including the faucet and a new garbage disposal. They also changed the filters on our RO system. They were friendly and professional, had all the tools they needed to get the job done, and they cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs!!

We were totally disgusted with this company, we called them because our water heater is under warranty and a technician came was fumbling to work and waited for an hour for a part to be delivered by someone from this company, charged us for 2 hours labor=$300.00 with the guarantee that there is a problem they will fix it again. The next day the same problem happens, the pilot light won't stay lit, so when we call the company again, they will send someone to FIX it and charge us again. The nerve of this company, first of all the technician didn't fix the problem after all. DON'T DON'T use this company, you'll be wasting your money, time and trust.

They came within one hour, immediately diagnosed the problem, and provided a reasonable quote. They were also very honest by not trying to upsell me on extras that weren't necessary. They immediately began working during that same visit and had the leak repaired within a few hours. They were both very professional and clean and will use them in the future.
