Very unprofessional I contacted them for a service and got confirmation that they would do the job. They did not by when they told me so I called back and they said someone was on the way. Hours passed and never showed. I called once again and business had already closed for the day. 6 days have passed and never did they contact me. Would not recommend.

Mr. Maldonado was sent through American Home Shield to repair a leak which he found to be a slab leak. Once identified he should have called for authorization, yet he went onto opening holes on 4 different walls to find the other side of the water line leaking. Then reported to AHS as a pre-existing leak which was denied.
The leak was found on the very morning I reported (yesterday), and as of today there's a huge water body running through the back of my house, which proves if the leak had been there before, we would have so much more water standing on the side of the house.
He came with 3-4 other guys who did nothing nor did any of them offered a solution to the problem.
Mr. Maldonado is a nice guy but I wouldn't recommend his plumbing services at all.
