There was strong odor of gas in our
home so we left and called the gas company. They were able to identify the problem which needed a plumber. I called L.A.N.S. Plumbing because of their positive reviews. I am happy I did, they are professional, punctual, and their prices are reasonable. I would call them up if I need anything else. I highly recommend them.

Everything was done professionally. The materials used to repair and replace were good quality. The repairmen were very nice and the receptionist was nice when we mentioned the reimbursement and said it’d be mailed.

Horrible experience. Their website says usually responds in 15 minutes. I called, set an appointment for 2 hours. They postponed 3 times from that initial appointment to the point I had to get another plumber to come and do the job.

DON'T GO WITH THESE GUYS. They will just keep stringing you along!

Our gas water heater busted but due to COVID-19, we couldn’t find anyone to help us. Louie Ramirez took our late night call and walked us through the process. We couldn’t get a new water heater until the next day, but he made sure we could make it through the night. Thank you, Louie!

I had a plumbing emergency when my water heater busted and flooded all my bedrooms. The original plumber I hired several years ago turned his phone off, so I looked online and found LANS. I called right away and Louie (the owner) answered quickly and indicated that he would have his team here in two hours. In the mean time, Louie stayed in touch with me throughout the day and forwarded me the new parts to purchase so that they can be ready to be installed. Sure enough, his crew was here right on time and installed a complete new water heater and also waited while I went to the local hardware store to buy a pan to put underneath in the event of a leak.

The only reason I didn't put 5 stars was because I had asked the techs to check for additional leaks throughout the house to make sure a pipe wouldn't burst once I installed new carpet. Well, the techs said they checked and that everything else was fine. An hour later I go to my meter to close the lid and check the digital (meter) only to see the LEAK symbol blinking. Luckily, it was only my toilet flapper not being completely closed. But that is why I asked them to check before they left, which they obviously hadn't.

However, Louie was awesome to work with and was very efficient and professional. I would hire them again!

Very professional. No idea why clean water was coming out from one of the double bathroom sink drain. No drain, just water coming out, had to drain it manually to avoid spill over. I called them, fast response. Fortunately, it was a simple issue , fixed very quick, explained the reason and provide recommendations. Great Service!!

They respond fast, but that's just about it. I had my plumbing serviced three times. The assistants do not know how to properly assess a blockage. Not only did they not fix the issue after three times they charged me after every visit. After the third time they even lied to my face saying they got a debris out of the plumbing. The debris were roots that I was going to take out from one of the main lines outside my home. I had seen them before and was going to take them off. They made it seem as if that debris played a major role in my blockage when in reality it had nothing to do with the problem. Anyways, they never properly diagnosed my plumbing issue. Customers beware.

They insulated the water pipes that are exposed on the outside of my home, installed water hose bibs and fixed a leaky toilet. Professional service and courteous.
