My husband & I did our homework. We visited Lowe's, toilets were $199.00 each, install $250, 7.00 for a new line, 35.00 delivery, 1 × charge, but to haul away, $ 35.00 per toilet. Without tax it came to $1508.00.. Derrick was able to learn what our needs are & stay within our budget & still give us quality toilets. He waved the haul off fee & a couple of issues we discovered that were minor, he didn't up charge us. I finally found a plumber that I definitely will call back! He has Integrity, he's trustworthy, & he educates the customer so they know if they are being snowed by another company. We paid $300.00 more than the Lowe's bid, but it is worth it to get the job done right. That's what is important here. I want quality workmanship & there's a warranty! Josh with Above and Beyond Plumbing installed a tankless water heater in my house. He did a fantastic job, always on time, excellent communication. After he was done he looked at a toilet that's had issues for years that he fixed in only a couple minutes. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

They were great about scheduling me the next day without any problems and easily (multiple time slots available). The technician (in my case his name was Bruce) calls when they are headed over and then you get a text with a photo to make sure you know who to expect. I loved this so I knew I wasn't letting a stranger in. When Bruce showed up he was really personable, was very easy going and replaced things quickly. I have home warranty and he knew the process and was fine taking the time to work with them and everything. I had a great experience and was able to get our issue taken care of on a weekend even!

Called Roto Rooter and they where out with in a hour. The plumber was polite and quick. I will use them again.
