Working with Inception was a great experience from start to finish. James conducted the original assessment, and I appreciated his thoughtful, detailed work and itemized estimate. Andrew and Stephan did the actual repair work (removing a house trap, replacing a floor drain, and replacing a collapsed pipe), and they did a great job. They were communicative and timely, and they were honest with me about my repair options when they discovered a collapsed pipe. I will definitely call Inception with any future issues!
