Zack did a great job! He was professional and an all around great guy. He walked me through the HVAC maintenance steps he was performing and also gave me advice on items I could do to keep it running well year round. We keep our house at 69 and it was warming up to 78 during the hot days. Since he worked on it, it has stayed around 69 all day. We signed up for the program would definitely recommend using KB Complete!

Michael called to let me know he was on his way. I appreciated that he was coming earlier in the window of time (8:00-12:00). He took time to point out parts of the humidifier part of the furnace and how often my furnace filter should be replaced. I have appreciated the professionalism of R-Mech’s technicians. Michael answered my questions and was not condescending or impatient. That is important to me.
