I had a motor on our jetted tub that needed replacing so I did the research and ordered the part and there was an access on the tub but when the service person showed up he needed another one cut under the tub and told us to call when we had it done. The 1st time he was at our home less than 30 minutes. We cut the hole and called the company to let them know. The service person came back the following week and replaced the motor and was at our home for about 30 minutes. I received a bill for $240 and was told the 1st trip there was a trip charge for $60 and the 2nd trip there was a $60 trip charge plus $120/hr so for the 30 minutes that the contractor was at our home the 2nd time we paid $180 for those 30 minutes so just be aware of what the charges are so you do not get sticker shock like I did.

The technician, Michael M, showed up right on time for my appointment and also right at the exact moment I had a conference call. I used the international language of pointing and gesturing to show him where my issue was. He nodded in understanding and got right to work. I was still on the call when he was finished and he was so patient waiting for me to get off my call. I really appreciated his professionalism and understanding. I have used Snake n Rooter in the past and will definitely use them again especially if I am lucky enough to have Michael as the technician!
