Keith was great. He explained a few things about what was going on with our drain at every step of the way as well as what we could do about it. He was educated, prepared, timely, professional and did a good job.

The technician on-site was great! He successfully handled his dirty job with a great attitude and timely service. The dispatch office led me to believe that the technician would arrive about an hour before he actually did arrive. As this job was at a rental unit, I misinformed my renter about the technician's arrival time. Further, I personally sat in my vehicle and waited unnecessarily for a full hour. This aspect of my job could have been handled better.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I live in a patio home which obviously is built on a concrete slab. I could hear water running but had no idea where the leak was. This company scheduled me an appt, called me to move my appt up because they had a cancellation, called me 30 minutes before arrival so I could leave work and showed up on time. The young man that came to detect the leak brought all the necessary equipment and within an hour told us where the leak was. We did the repair work ourselves and the leak was exactly where he said it would be. So thankful for efficient, honest companies and hard working family and friends that helped me with all the repairs.
