Jobs did not take the amount of time initially expected, so I got to pay less as well. Huge improvement in this company with change in management to Ace Handyman. I will definitely use this company's services again.

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! I'll be using them from now on!

Poelma Plumbing and Construction have done fascia, cement walkway, retaining wall, sod, and other repairs along with plumbing for me. They are dependable. When they give you his work days, he is there working on those days. He takes pride in his work and in doing it right. His prices are fair and he keeps the work place neat. Hands down the worst company I've ever done business with. The company is very unprofessional. There is little to no communication with the customer. They showed up a day and a half after they were scheduled then proceed to charge me $200 for 20 mins of work and refuse to provide a break down of the charges. I 100% would not recommend.

Outstanding interaction. I called today, and had a technician at teh house in three hours. Michael provided a quick, efficient diagnosis and prof=vided some service options. He pointed out what was wrong, and answered questions. This level of service is not unusual. I have had nothing but great service from LBA for both HVAC and Plumbing

Needed my carpet in living room done, they came and ripped it up, with bulges said the would be back the next day then no show. I guess they thought racist jokes were funny to say as well. Maybe next time not at a customers house

Annually, it is must that we have professional services for our A/C, furnaces, and duct exchange. These guys are always helpful and we have never been unsatisfied with their service. They always come on time and always provide great experience. Thumbs up for you!

Didn't have what I was looking for. Must of been resting their shelfssotre was messy couldn't walk down the idles.

Called and asked to speak with someone. The answering service told me no one was available. I said I would call back and she said No use, you'll keep getting me. So I thought about just leaving a message and she said Are you going to leave a message or not? CLICK. I don't do rude. Unacceptable.
