Phillip, the technician, was great. He gave me several options to consider in order to get all my toilets running. He answered questions in a way that I could easily understand the process for what needed to be done. He gave me enough information so that I could make a decision that was right for me.

Tech did great and very friendly
No problems with our system and very pleased with it

Guy was nice & did a quick good job. Only problem was when I was told he would be there in 30 minutes it was over an hour later. Plus he installed a wrong size shut off so now I have to go buy an adapter/reducer. Overall ok but not great.

Destin did a great job and Roto Rooter was super fast to respond.
