Best Leak Fixed in Kansas City MO

Had a basement floor drain looked at to see if it leaked/needed repair. It was covered up, but I had a 2nd working drain, so wasn't sure I needed to do anything with this one. Jake was professional, courteous, & honest. Luann, the receptionist was just as courteous, professional, honest, & kind. Competitive, if not best, pricing locally in KC. I recommend them.

My service tech Joey#360 was very professional and friendly and answered my dumb questions without attitude or judgement. Great experience. (for a service you wish you didn't have to call). The office person(sorry I can't remember her name) was really great about getting me on the schedule and calling when the tech was on the way. Very professional company .
