I had Garrick (#335) come out to replace a water heater and couple other components. The team was friendly and efficient, however the price quoted changed three times. The night before when he came over, he quoted 2000-2400. I agreed. The next day, the quote changed to 2400-2600 and when the entire process was complete it was 2800. He said that this was the quoted cost, but that was untrue. I am satisfied with the service, but NOT the cost. I felt a bit taken advantage of and by the time the service was complete didn't feel I had a voice in questioning the cost of this service. I would hesitate using the company again if this is what they do to customers.

Jason, a new transfer from CT to the KC area, came in within an hour of us calling. He was friendly, personable, very professional, and knowledgeable of the problem we had. He got it fixed in less than 20 minutes; Jason explained to us the problem, what he did to resolve the problem, and what we can do in order to avoid a future situation from occurring. 10 out of 10 and I recommend him for ANY plumbing needs.
