my information, and she actually cared about my issue. Within no time a trained technician was at my house. Jon was very professional, outgoing, and he was great at explaining the problem with my sink/drain. I’m a single female, so normally I’m not comfortable with men in my house, but Jon just made this such an easy and smooth process, which was fantastic!
