It was a complicated problem that involved tearing out and replacing a multiple array of pipes. He and his colleague managed to complete the job and under the estimate.I would say that your employees are more artists than plumbers.I have used Quality Plumbing several times over the last 30 years and have always been more than satisfied

Chris called politely with an ETA, arrived on time in a clean vehicle and with a professional appearance, quickly diagnosed the issue and offered the most practical, complete and cost effective solution. If you suspect you're getting upsold, just ask questions - Chris maintained a dialogue of professionalism throughout his entire service, explaining industry standards, practical realities, observed issues and workable solutions. I'll be calling them back for any HVAC or plumbing issues, and signed up for their annual maintenance plan (best deal in the KC metro).
