Used them for 16 years, Moved to own house charged me $100 to tell me what I already knew.. Huge price to replace garbage disposal. Never again.

When my air conditioning quit in the summer, I made a quick phone call to LBA and they had a technician to my house within an hour. He fixed the problem quickly and was on his way. I use LBA for my scheduled maintenance at both my house and our business. Thanks LBA!!!

Our plumber, Cooper, was amazing. He took a stressful situation and made us laugh. By the end of his visit, it felt like we were old friends catching up. First time we have used Roto Rooter and will continue to use them.

Last Sunday night, my tenant’s showing drain was clogged. Nate (4166) responded to the call. He was very knowledgeable about plumbing. He inspected the pipes and explained to me what went wrong and how the pipes connected. Eventually, he was able to unclog the shower drain. He was very patient and friendly. We were glad our issue was resolved quickly, especially on a Sunday night.

DON’T HIRE THIS COMPANY. This company installed the WRONG system in my house. They installed an inferior system, but charged me for the larger tankless system. I’ve had SEVERAL problems since the installation, which was less than a year ago. I found out today that I have a gas leak due to improper installation. I’ve called and emailed the company and the owner, Josh Morstatter, several times over the last 10+ days and I’ve been ghosted. This company put my family in danger and now they can't even own up to their mistakes.

Now we are paying 50.00 for nothing but a guy to show up and tell us he wanted 300.00
