Used them for 16 years, Moved to own house charged me $100 to tell me what I already knew.. Huge price to replace garbage disposal. Never again.

My toilet was leaking at the base but otherwise worked fine. It was almost $600 to repair the leak. While repairing the leak they broke something in the tank and now it won't flush. They said they could repair it but it would be another $400, even though they broke it!! I found the part they broke for 20 dollars but have to replace it myself. I won't be using roto rooter again!

When I found the bottom of our cabinet with the kitchen sink was very wet, I requested a repair call using their website request form. I received a call later that evening and they sent a repairman out first thing the next morning. The repairman was actually a bit early! Very polite and professional. Wore a mask the entire time for our (and his) safety. He had the leak found and repaired very quickly and at a very reasonable cost to us. He left the site cleaner than it was before. We had used this company before for an outdoor plumbing issue and now for an indoor issue. I highly recommend them and am deleting other plumbers from my contacts!
