Joe was so nice and helped me with my decision. The next time I have a plumbing problem I want him to come. AB May is lucky to have such a good employee. Joe came by today to replace my bathroom toilet. I haven't used it yet but I'm sure it's fine. He was very nice and so far it looks great. I would have no problem with having him again if I have a plumbing problem.

Bought a 9,000 unit 1 yr ago, was not happy with the installation! Called and had other tech to come out and still did not resolve the matter. We just offer an extra 1 time check up.I was supposed to get a call in early spring to set up matenince but NO call. When I called they didnt have a clue what matenince I was calling about. Finally she understood and then informs me they are 3 months out! Wow! Thank God when there was an emergency they came day. Not sure what the issue is today
