Best Water Tank Installation in Jersey City NJ

I called Super Plumbers and the service professional who came to our house was very nice. Our water heater broke on the evening and I requested an appointment and they responded very quickly. The service man came on time the very next day with all the equipment needed to complete the job.
The work was done on time and with an expertise I was so impressed with that I wanted to acknowledge him personally and his company he works for.
I strongly recommend them.

To fix a small leaking value which should have costed me only $124, I ended up spending $724.
- Had to spend $724
- They opened my bathroom walls
- Gave me a quote of $900 for fixing the leak
- They gave an additional quote of $4800 for replacing the entire plumbing which was not needed.

I trusted DMC as a professional company and called them for inspecting a water leak in my basement. This is a 35+ year old company and it was sad to see that the technician was not an expert. For every decision, he had to call his superiors for solutions who suggested solutions without even looking at the problem.
35+ year company technician didn’t even have the basic tools like flashlight, proper wall cutting tool or Borescope camera.

The technician after inspecting the leak told me that the leak was due to a broken pike in the 1st floor bathroom and need to cut open the wall, after opening the wall he said to fix the leak I need to first fix the main water support and charged me $600 for doing it.
Later on, he said the leak was from the 2nd floor bathroom and need to break open the 2nd floor bath room. After opening the 2nd floor bathroom he said the leak in between the beams running between 1st and 2nd floor bathroom and told that the entire floor need to be opened(gave me a quote of $900) to fix it.
Later he suggested me to change the entire plumbing system instead of fixing only the leak, suggested me to change the entire plumbing for both the bathrooms. He quoted me $4800 for doing the complete change.
I felt something was suspicious and decided to give a look on my own, noticed that the leak was a small leak with the flush valve outside the wall(fix costed me only $124).
I would not recommend them to anyone, they speak very sweetly making you feel they are right. This will be my last encounter with DMC Plumbing and will never suggest them for anyone.

The problem was resolved expeditiously, professionally, and affordably. The technician, Kenneth, was excellent! He truly understood what he was doing. The technician who helped me was professional, polite, and walked me through the water heater repair process from beginning to end. He did the job quickly and left zero clean up.

The owner Patrick, his son Patrick, and Nick from customer service provided an EXCELLENT service and work. Impressed by their commitment, hard work and patience since my situation wasn’t easy. It’s been 4 months since my water heater got replaced and results came out perfect, 100% recommend.

Horrible experience! I called this guys to fix a drain leak. They said It can't be repaired need to be replaced entire shower base. Estimated price was $1800. Also they said the drain is glued and will not come off. Absolutely not true. The the drain came off and all I was needed to do is put a plumber putty. Definitely not recommend this guys.

They returned my phonecall promptly and sent two repairmen to fix my leaking expansion tank. The guys worked quickly and we're very nice. Best of all the price was fair. I would recommend if you need a reliable plumber!

Worst service ever. Quoted us a ridiculous amount of money for a tiny job. Owner is extremely rude and disrespectful.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Stay away from this company. The owner is a scam artist. Requests 1/2 the amount quoted upfront it's for plumbing supplies in order to start work, wrote a check for 2k, cancelled directly with him a few short hours later, no problem, I'll forward to bookkeeping for you to be refunded. Follow up two weeks later because still no check or wire transfer. No answer. A week later, Good morning just sent you $2000 deposit via zelle. Nothing in my account. Follow up #2, there is no money in my account. His response, Let me check. Receive response two weeks later, It was mailed Monday the zelle was returned. Never received the check. Follow up #3 still waiting for a reply since the beginning of August. Do Not AND I MEAN DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY!!!!! Bad business practices, lies and steals. I now understand why your foot was in a boot.

The service is good. Although very expensive but considering that from the moment I booked the service online till the moment the service was done it only took 12 hours, so the money might be worth it.
