Frank of Royal Pro Plumbing was excellent. He was here within an hour on one of the hottest days of the year and resolved our issue in a short time. For emergency repair, he was extremely reasonable and provided his expertise on how to care for our units in the future. Will definitely call again if needed.

I don't usually write review. But This time I need to. I had dealt with this plumbing company twice before, prices were a bit higher than other plumbers, but it went ok. This time I tried to call them on Sunday noon due to an emergency of leaking for my rental property, someone Picked up the phone telling me they can't come on Sunday but will try to help on Monday. I told them I would call them again on Monday. As leaking is bit urgent, I had someone else to take care of the issue on Sunday later afternoon. On Monday morning I call Carmine that the issue was fixed and do not need it. The guy who picked up my call was really rude, and question You don't cancel your appoint? DON'T CALL US AGAIN! I was shock to hear that. We just talked about the leaking on Sunday and Carmine couldn't help on Sunday, which is ok. But this kind of poor unprofessional customer service make me so disappointed and they even don't remember what happened to the customers and answered in such rude manner. I so disappointed. It seems they care about their business and money more than customers. Don't trust the review on angieslist

I called this company after speaking with another company. They responded, gave me a very reasonable quote, arrived on time and finished the work in a timely manner. They were very professional. If you need work done, Bargotti Contractor LLC is the one you need! I HIGHLY recommend them!

Horrible experience! I called this guys to fix a drain leak. They said It can't be repaired need to be replaced entire shower base. Estimated price was $1800. Also they said the drain is glued and will not come off. Absolutely not true. The the drain came off and all I was needed to do is put a plumber putty. Definitely not recommend this guys.

Very over price charged 100.00 for a 10.00 part and after that wasn't the problem..the guy wanted to charge me 500.00 for the part that was only 150.00. After I told him never mind he still took part off and took it to his truck..and I had to call police on this guy.or it was going to get real ugly..never call these guys they are crooks

Set up service for a hot water heater replacement thru PSEG. Was ultimately assigned to Guarini for service. The technician arrived within the prescribed time frame, but all went downhill from there. They did not go to the basement door as requested, when no one answered at the main door, the technicians left without even a phone call. Main office called me a few minutes later. I clarified to please go to the ‘basement door’. She stated that ‘they are there now’ and no one is home..My tenant who who was present at the address was on the other line with me and standing outside the residence. I asked the dispatcher to describe the vehicle so my tenant may assist in locating them. At this point, she told me they’re on there way back!?! 10 minutes later they arrive and contact me saying they have a 40 gallon on the truck that would fit perfect (I ordered a 50 gallon). I had no choice but to accept the 40 gallon as my home was without hot water. 20 minutes later I received another phone call telling me it is necessary to replace my chimney lining at a cost of $2400. I agreed to the repair and inquired when will the job be completed. I was told they can only do the hot water heater today, get it up and running and someone will call me tomorrow about the chimney. They then demanded full payment for both the hot water heater and the chimney. I informed them that I would not pay for services that are not going to be rendered, nor complete. The chimney work wasn’t even scheduled! I offered to pay in full for the services being completed that day (installation of the hot water heater) after the chimney work was scheduled I would pay in full then. I asked to speak to a supervisor at least 4 times between 4:45 and 5:15 and was told ‘no’ or that they would call him each time. At no point was I able to speak to a supervisor. I was not comfortable paying for services not rendered nor scheduled with a company that I have never done business with. The technicians left without completing the installation of the hot water heater, leaving the home devoid of hot water with a family a young child resident. After they left my tenant called to inform me that both technicians present seemed disinterested and unprofessional. They made him uncomfortable and he expressed concern about having them come back. I dispatched another company to complete emergency repairs shortly thereafter. I own multiple properties in multiple states and never have experienced difficulty in this manner. The way this was handled was tremendously disappointing. I have never nor would expect to pay in full for a service not even scheduled. How long was I going to wait for this additional $2400 repair?....how long would it take?....When would it be complete? I receive absolutely NO answers to my questions, was told to pay in full and someone will call you tomorrow with answers. Unacceptable by any standard. Bad business practices, use caution dealing with this vendor.

The technician who helped me was professional, polite, and walked me through the water heater repair process from beginning to end. He did the job quickly and left zero clean up.

Called dependable for an emergency no hot water in cheeseburger in paradise I got to say I deal with a lot of companies but this company is truly dependable they were right on top of the problem called me back immediately got the part right away and had us back Up and running in no time if you find yourself with a problem I highly recommend to call this company I know I will definitely use them all the time

Clear flow came to my house within an hour of my call and replaced a sump pump within 2 hours. Friendly and professional service- would definitely recommend and thank you!

I only have great things to say about Ivar at Richie D Drain Cleaning LLC. Ivar showed up quickly, was friendly, courteous and professional. He cleared my kitchen drain which had been backed up for quite some time and covered my cabinets with towels to keep the smelly drainage off them and even cleaned up after his work.
To top it all off, his rates were reasonable so if my drains are ever clogged again, Ivar will be my first and only call.
I had called several other plumbers and drain cleaning services, such as the incompetents at Roto-Rooter who just gave a steaming pile of excuses about why my drain couldn't be clear and they left an invoice for the outrageous cost of $478.00

Adrian from Roto Rooter is the best! He always does quality work and cares about the customer. We will never use anyone else!

Originally I gave them (celestial air) 5 stars but now they just keep trying to rip us off. They came to fix our boiler problems and every fix they made did not work out so every time they came they charged us a ridiculous amount. Please find a more reputable source cause these guys are not it.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
