Eco is genuinely an astonishing HVAC company. Been utilizing them for many years now. They generally go above and beyond with their skills, administration, and client support. I called them today, as we are in a difficult cold wave. They had been super incredible to service my rental home, as my occupant has medical problems. I can't say enough how thankful I am for their brief help under these conditions. My technician and the rest of the team are 10 STARS as I would see it. Much thanks once more!

Horrible experience! I called this guys to fix a drain leak. They said It can't be repaired need to be replaced entire shower base. Estimated price was $1800. Also they said the drain is glued and will not come off. Absolutely not true. The the drain came off and all I was needed to do is put a plumber putty. Definitely not recommend this guys.

I was getting appliances delivered and ran into an unexpected issue that required a plumber to finish the installation. Of the handful of plumbers I reached out to, Dependable Plumbing was far and away the most courteous. They kept me posted on how soon a tech could make it out and were reasonable with me in pricing. The tech Reno was polite, cheerful, friendly, neat and did a terrific job.

I've had nightmare experiences in the past trying to get service technicians to come to Hoboken, and this company is so the opposite that I needed to sing their praises loudly. I would absolutely recommend them to someone who needs a plumber in the Hoboken area.

They were absolutely fantastic, responded the same day and came by the very next day to look at the job and priced it very quickly and reasonably. I have never had an experience like this in the past. They replaced the sewer and water line and got the job done in one day and less expensive than other quotes for just the sewer. Pat is super nice and eager to assist. I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

He was careful and cordial and knowledgeable of what had to be done and the expected results. he was spot on with the results. He explained the pricing so there was no surprises. I am very disappointed in this company. Obviously I am not the only one since they only received 2.8 stars out of 5. Barely over 50%. I had two appointments with them and they cancelled both times. The appointments were 5 days apart. They certainly had time to fit me in. The excuses were that there is a heatwave and therefore a lot of people want their AC fixed (DUH, why do they think I was calling?) and secondly they said it was the hours I keep at my office and these hours were not convenient for them. So basically it was my fault. I told the fool I was speaking with to forget it and called someone else. Within 50 minutes a very reliable and intelligent man from Ideal Climate HVAC was at my office fixing the problem. I now have a new AC man who I will refer all my patients to. Very poor business Kook and Son.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
