The repair required cutting into our walls (old house, don't ask), and the last plumber who did that left a huge mess. He left the floors cleaner than when he started. Very fast, friendly service. I’ve hired these guys for hydro jetting, toilet repair, and bathtub repair and always get a fair price.

We called them for a simple job. To uninstall a stove and install a brand new stove in its place. We informed them that we had all the parts needed and that the call for assistance was only given due to our landlords request to have a hired contractor. The guy who showed up was nice enough to help us remove the old stove and bring up the brand new stove. However, while the guy was working on the stove and trying to attach the valve to the gas pipe he broke the valve inside the gas regulator. When we made the appointment with the company the company reassured us that they would do the best they can for us and they would work with us on pricing. The guy who came in claimed we had him wait 45 minutes because he said he needed a new pipe valve so my husband ran to the store to get it but it was not 45 minutes. The hardware store was a block away from our house. The guy charged us $240 for the visit and yet wasn’t even able to complete the job of installing the new stove due to the gas regulator being broken by him. He then said he’d have to come back once we get that part fixed and that it would be another $95 for the visit. My husband called the company and spoke with the person who reassured him that if we had any issues with the cost to notify them. This person said they would talk to the owner of the business and get back to us. My husband informed them that he would need a refund or for them to at least replace the part that their employee broke. We have yet to hear back from this place. I would not recommend.

They returned my phonecall promptly and sent two repairmen to fix my leaking expansion tank. The guys worked quickly and we're very nice. Best of all the price was fair. I would recommend if you need a reliable plumber!

Steve got someone out to me last minute on a Saturday to move some plumbing for a kitchen renovation and saved the day. The work was done quickly and professionally. The price was comparable to other estimates I received and he went out of his way to make sure everything got done on time.

The service was timely and according to my family the technician on site was polite and knowledgeable. Where I draw the line is the price. $550 for less than 1 hour of work is ludicrous. Any skilled labor goes for ~$100/hr. How can anyone justify $550 to snake a pipe and keep a straight face. I do not blame the tech as I know these prices are set by RR. We were in a pinch and they came through but in the future I will not be choosing RR and instead will call a local plumber at a fraction of the price.

Loai did a great job installing my unit. We called them yesterday as our AC unit broke and it was impossible to find anyone in this 90 degree weather. They came out yesterday and installed today. Great job, would highly recommend

Highly recommend! In June 2021, I needed to replace my combi tankless water heater in a somewhat ‘tough to reach’ location in my home. Kook and Son provided a quote and had the most knowledge and care in assessing the situation for me, so they felt trustworthy from the start. They weren’t my least expensive quote but quality/trust that it would get done right the first time was most important. I had found out about this company through a friend who is a real estate agent in Hoboken - so again, this recommendation helped build trust early on. Howard was also very helpful and accommodating as I got the town permits for the project. The communication throughout the project was top notch. The team who replaced my unit were friendly and professional. Overall, very happy with my experience and would refer them without hesitation to a friend.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
