We have used Super Plumbers for a number of plumbing problems in Hoboken. They have always been responsive, prompt, and professional. Mike and Omar are great to work with, and their customer service is top-notch. We once called them to help with a leaky pipe, and they arrived within hours, fixed the problem within minutes, and told us there was no charge because the fix was easy. Would highly recommend for their expertise and commitment to serving their customers at such a high level.

Great service and honest work. They did a great job with our trench less plumbing when our sewer line needed to be fixed. We had another quote from a different company and it cost more than double and that was without the other company re-pouring the concrete. I had a water valve burst in my finished basement on Christmas morning. I don't know how much water came out, or how long before it was broken (thank you laundry pile for absorbing so much), but it was a lot. Unfortunately I had no way to stop the leak other than shutting off the water main to my entire house... a house which uses radiator heat, and thus needs water to keep warm. I called Hurricane and they had some one out there on Christmas afternoon, just a few hours later, to fix the problem and get my house livable again. I have no clue what a reasonable price for saving my butt on Christmas day is, but they were the only plumber around that was even willing to do the work, so to me that's five star worthy. Erik was incredibly responsive and great with communicating. Brendan did the job well and was very friendly. I hope to never be in this situation again, but if I am, they'd be my first call.

I think these guys are pretty good when I called other company, I only had to leave them a message but after I make a call to these guys, they pick up phone call and send technician right away they have got the best service in this area so far I believe

I suspected the old furnace in my new (old) house was in bad shape, and was able to arrange an inspection quickly. The inspector confirmed my suspicions, explained furnace efficiency issues, and tried to soften the blow of the upcoming expense of a new furnace. The new furnace cost less to install than I had feared, I can't believe how quiet the new heating system is, and now my house is warm and cozy! Everyone I talked to with this company was friendly and helpful, too. Great people to work with!

Had a luke-warm at best shower, was quoted from others it would cost up to $1,500 to replace the entire system. Roy & Nick instead went with a much simpler solution, did some manual work, and fixed the issue for $200. Going forward will use them for everything water related.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
