Best Water Heater Repair in Jersey City NJ

Our air conditioning suddenly stopped working and we had another company come and they just topped up coolant and didn’t run any tests. Sure enough a couple hours later, we were back with no AC. We have an infant and were extremely uncomfortable for nearly 2 days due to the poor repair. Frank and Omar came the next day and kept us posted on status and arrival. They actually ran tests and divided and conquered to check out the unit on the roof and in our apartment. They saw the coolant was completely empty which they suspected a leak. Luckily they had all the equipment to locate the leak and thankfully it was close enough to the roof they could repair right then and there.

It’s so important to take safety and health precautions seriously right now during COVID, especially with an infant and these guys kept safety top of mind wearing masks even during the 90+ degree heat in our apartment.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Lou and his two sons. Lou has been nothing short of outstanding to work with. Due to hurricane Ida I lost my entire basement and all the utilities. I reached out to Lou to give me a quote for a new boiler and hot water heater and he quickly provided a fully detailed estimate with specifications of exactly what he would be installing. I had a few questions regarding the system as well as warranty information and Lou was always extremely responsive with answers and provided me with all documentation that I requested. Not only did Lou do an outstanding job but I think one of his best qualities is how responsive he is. I never had to chase him as he always picked up his phone and always responded to messages in a timely manner. Lou always remained in contact with us throughout the entire process and he always showed up when he said he would. He did a great job installing my new boiler and indirect hot water heater and even suggested installing it up off the floor in order to avoid any future flood damage just in case. The night he finished the installation he even sent me a follow up message at 8:30 at night to confirm that everything was running flawlessly and that I didn’t have any issues. Him and his sons were a class act and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using them for any and all future work. Thanks a lot Lou for making the process absolutely seamless and stress free!

These guys pulled up in a tow truck and were dressed like they’re going out to dinner. They did not communicate except in grunts and single words. It was so awkward and uncomfortable. They wouldn’t say anything without calling their manager (?) first. We decided not to use them for our leak because it was so uncomfortable and weird.

I had a water valve burst in my finished basement on Christmas morning. I don't know how much water came out, or how long before it was broken (thank you laundry pile for absorbing so much), but it was a lot. Unfortunately I had no way to stop the leak other than shutting off the water main to my entire house... a house which uses radiator heat, and thus needs water to keep warm. I called Hurricane and they had some one out there on Christmas afternoon, just a few hours later, to fix the problem and get my house livable again. I have no clue what a reasonable price for saving my butt on Christmas day is, but they were the only plumber around that was even willing to do the work, so to me that's five star worthy. Erik was incredibly responsive and great with communicating. Brendan did the job well and was very friendly. I hope to never be in this situation again, but if I am, they'd be my first call.

The Werner Brothers are excellent plumbers! Any negative criticisms are without merit. One of the two negative posters won't even sign their name to it.

Our kids room upstairs had cooling problems. The central AC was blowing cold air on the ground floor, but not upstairs. We needed the repair immediately. These guys answered the phone in the middle of the night and dispatched their specialists within an hour. They solved the problem in two hours. I am really glad I hired these guys. They are top professionals. A true 24/7 service.

I was sent a picture of the repairman along with his biography in a text message. the message also included his name. This gentleman was an AWESOME guy who walked me through everything that was wrong with my furnace and explained it all to me! His group toiled away from the crack of morning till well into the night! Had a luke-warm at best shower, was quoted from others it would cost up to $1,500 to replace the entire system. Roy & Nick instead went with a much simpler solution, did some manual work, and fixed the issue for $200. Going forward will use them for everything water related.

The technician who helped me was professional, polite, and walked me through the water heater repair process from beginning to end. He did the job quickly and left zero clean up.

Gave me a price of $12,500 without actually seeing the job. He sent a tech, tech was nice, but the supervisor over the phone gave me this price. I asked him how he came up with the number, he started explaining, I said you haven't seen the job. I told him I'm in this business and know what's needed to do the job..how can you estimate a job you haven't seen? Its roughly 25 feet of 1 1/2 inch copper pipe. Than they charged me a service fee. I work in this business and when a company over shoots, its because they just want a quick buck with the service fee. Would not recommend. Thieves are what yous are. I got multiple estimates no where near their blind estimate. Again stay away, get multiple estimates.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
