They fixed the problem w/ out having to replace Disposal unit. The Tech showed me how to declog the machine moving forward. And he lives in my neighborhood. I'm happy to have found him and his company.

I asked them to come and assess an issue with our kitchen faucet. They came to my house, spent a minute looking at the sink and told me I needed a new faucet and proceeded to quote me $750 to replace it. We ended up buying a sink at Lowe’s for $140 and hiring someone else to install it for $200. I’m glad I had the sense to tell them their quote was absurd. Beware.

Very satisfied!! They came in a pinch! Super friendly honest plumbers that will make sure the job gets done. Most 24 hour dudes are crooks but these guys are super reasonable. I recommend them to anyone in Jersey City.

I had a water valve burst in my finished basement on Christmas morning. I don't know how much water came out, or how long before it was broken (thank you laundry pile for absorbing so much), but it was a lot. Unfortunately I had no way to stop the leak other than shutting off the water main to my entire house... a house which uses radiator heat, and thus needs water to keep warm. I called Hurricane and they had some one out there on Christmas afternoon, just a few hours later, to fix the problem and get my house livable again. I have no clue what a reasonable price for saving my butt on Christmas day is, but they were the only plumber around that was even willing to do the work, so to me that's five star worthy. Erik was incredibly responsive and great with communicating. Brendan did the job well and was very friendly. I hope to never be in this situation again, but if I am, they'd be my first call.

You don’t truly appreciate a good plumber until you’ve dealt with a bunch of them and realize how rare it is to have one show up when they say they will (let alone the right day) and also give you a fair price. Dealt with Marty and Brian a handful of times and they’ve been as professional as you could possibly expect.

Despite the fact that it is typically challenging to trust a service from a person who understands a trade and client who knows nothing, I was fortunate enough to have a plumber visit to my house who was completely honest. I was getting appliances delivered and ran into an unexpected issue that required a plumber to finish the installation. Of the handful of plumbers I reached out to, Dependable Plumbing was far and away the most courteous. They kept me posted on how soon a tech could make it out and were reasonable with me in pricing. The tech Reno was polite, cheerful, friendly, neat and did a terrific job.

I've had nightmare experiences in the past trying to get service technicians to come to Hoboken, and this company is so the opposite that I needed to sing their praises loudly. I would absolutely recommend them to someone who needs a plumber in the Hoboken area.
