BEWARE!! This plumber told me that I needed to rip up the entire bathroom to remediate a leak telling me the bathroom was not weather proofed & estimated $5k. In actuality all that was needed was silicone & caulking. When I followed up with them they were non responsive & hung up. The guy they sent was inexperienced on & was on the phone with his boss to diagnose the problem in the meantime he needlessly placed 2 holes in my ceiling which I now need to repair. Worst Ever!!

After taking a ~$1000 full payment to fix a leak, they decamped with the money after cutting open the walls and leaving the work incomplete. Not responding to calls. Fraud. Beware.

Had an emergency where my heater stopped working mid winter. As a new homeowner, i blindly called around on a Saturday morning and they were able to come over within two hours. Didn't fully diagnose the issue immediately, but attempted a simple fix and then came back two days later (at 7pm on a Monday) when I called to report ongoing issues. Also, only charged me for the final fix, not the intermediate attempt which was nice. Seems fair, knowledgeable, and available and will be using them again.

The plumbers have the process down to a science and very efficient. Very professional, responsive, they will be always my go-to guys for all my plumbing needs.

Walking my Dog as I have done for years around the block , I came across this Juanta company who closed the road on South Street between New York and Pallasades Aves, besides the gentleman who showed me the permit, the Guarini crew were intimidating, belligerent and acting like entitled fascists, something we're all too familiar with these days. Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
