Frank and Omar were amazing. We live in Hoboken area. Our water heater broke 2 days ago. Frank and Omar were able to estimate and install water heater for us on the same day. Frank was detailed enough to pick up the right water heater even without multiple calls. The process was efficient and smooth. We would definitely ask their service next time.

Great local plumbing company in Jersey City. They are professional, work hard and were very honest and upfront. I like them a lot and will continue to use them.

I had a water valve burst in my finished basement on Christmas morning. I don't know how much water came out, or how long before it was broken (thank you laundry pile for absorbing so much), but it was a lot. Unfortunately I had no way to stop the leak other than shutting off the water main to my entire house... a house which uses radiator heat, and thus needs water to keep warm. I called Hurricane and they had some one out there on Christmas afternoon, just a few hours later, to fix the problem and get my house livable again. I have no clue what a reasonable price for saving my butt on Christmas day is, but they were the only plumber around that was even willing to do the work, so to me that's five star worthy. Erik was incredibly responsive and great with communicating. Brendan did the job well and was very friendly. I hope to never be in this situation again, but if I am, they'd be my first call.

Even though it was a Friday afternoon when I encountered an unexpected plumbing issue, Jersey City Plumbing was able to dispatch an excellent technician within an hour. The problem was resolved expeditiously, professionally, and affordably. The technician, Kenneth, was excellent! He truly understood what he was doing. I will certainly contact this company again if I have plumbing problems.

Shout out to Guarini Plumbing for the outstanding service I received today! I called this morning to have our heater serviced and the lovely Janet Siguenza got back to me right away. I was able to schedule an appointment for this afternoon and received a confirmation email immediately. I also got a call to let me know that the crew was on their way (on time!), they were professional and friendly, and did a great job. And the price was reasonable. I highly recommend Guarini Plumbing!

I cannot recommend this company more! When we called, he both responded and made an appointment for that same day. Richie was fast, efficient, and tried multiple methods to solve our problem for us. He even was helpful in providing information for future help to keep the drain from clogging again. Extremely professional and was even great with our dog that gets nervous around new people.

Gave me a price of $12,500 without actually seeing the job. He sent a tech, tech was nice, but the supervisor over the phone gave me this price. I asked him how he came up with the number, he started explaining, I said you haven't seen the job. I told him I'm in this business and know what's needed to do the job..how can you estimate a job you haven't seen? Its roughly 25 feet of 1 1/2 inch copper pipe. Than they charged me a service fee. I work in this business and when a company over shoots, its because they just want a quick buck with the service fee. Would not recommend. Thieves are what yous are. I got multiple estimates no where near their blind estimate. Again stay away, get multiple estimates.

Originally I gave them (celestial air) 5 stars but now they just keep trying to rip us off. They came to fix our boiler problems and every fix they made did not work out so every time they came they charged us a ridiculous amount. Please find a more reputable source cause these guys are not it.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
