Even though it was a Friday afternoon when I encountered an unexpected plumbing issue, Jersey City Plumbing was able to dispatch an excellent technician within an hour. The problem was resolved expeditiously, professionally, and affordably. The technician, Kenneth, was excellent! He truly understood what he was doing. I will certainly contact this company again if I have plumbing problems.

After taking a ~$1000 full payment to fix a leak, they decamped with the money after cutting open the walls and leaving the work incomplete. Not responding to calls. Fraud. Beware.

AMAZING SERVICE. I wasn't available to be there when he arrived to help us with a clog in the sink drain but when we came back, we were shocked to find that all the dirty dishes had been cleaned and put away! The drain is completely unclogged and sparkling clean. He also organized everything under the sink for us, which is amazing because we had a ton of plastic bags all over the place.. I called the guy. He showed up to the apartment. Call me back and set a price which I agree upon. They came in then left and never came back. Now no one is answering the phone. Horrible

Originally I gave them (celestial air) 5 stars but now they just keep trying to rip us off. They came to fix our boiler problems and every fix they made did not work out so every time they came they charged us a ridiculous amount. Please find a more reputable source cause these guys are not it.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
