Best Sewer in Jersey City NJ

Well imagine my surprise when I woke up in the morning to my house smelling like a sewer, water and grease everywhere in the basement.
Cue the freak out!!
On Reaching out to this company, they arrived in exactly 2hrs. They emptied the drain and had my house smelling better just as quickly. They also rod my septic line right then and there. I'd absolutely use and recommend this company again.

Great service, kept me informed. Several gas repair options were given. Tech was knowledgeable, polite and followed through. Price was quoted and honored.

After taking a ~$1000 full payment to fix a leak, they decamped with the money after cutting open the walls and leaving the work incomplete. Not responding to calls. Fraud. Beware.

I had a water valve burst in my finished basement on Christmas morning. I don't know how much water came out, or how long before it was broken (thank you laundry pile for absorbing so much), but it was a lot. Unfortunately I had no way to stop the leak other than shutting off the water main to my entire house... a house which uses radiator heat, and thus needs water to keep warm. I called Hurricane and they had some one out there on Christmas afternoon, just a few hours later, to fix the problem and get my house livable again. I have no clue what a reasonable price for saving my butt on Christmas day is, but they were the only plumber around that was even willing to do the work, so to me that's five star worthy. Erik was incredibly responsive and great with communicating. Brendan did the job well and was very friendly. I hope to never be in this situation again, but if I am, they'd be my first call.

Avoid this company at all costs. DO NOT TRUST good reviews on Maps. Check Yelp & other sites & view all the horrible, honest reviews. They will try to milk you out of every dime u have. A repair tech Moe Janoi repaired my kitchen faucet for $550 & told me the Moen faucet cost $340. He is a liar. I checked the price of the faucet online & it's $135. When I called to complain, I was told that they deliberately don't provide receipts & invoices that show the prices of equipment they use. This means they can tell the customer any high price they want & the customer has no evidence to dispute the charge. They get equipment from a warehouse & charge the customer more than double the price. That's called FRAUD. I checked 3 other plumbers who would've charged me $250 or less for the entire job. They will rip u off & act like they're doing u a favor! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! My advice is that u find out the price of any major item B4 u talk to the repair tech so u can catch him lying or just avoid this place

Check all bad reviews on Maps & the response from the company always says it must be some other company or it's a fake review. I'm referring to the Eco Plumbing for Jersey City. NJ, to eliminate the confusion.

I had an original AC and heating in my house, so I had NO experience in dealing with heating and air conditioning company. The technician came and clarified everything, and I chose to go with the American Way. Every time I had an inquiry (I had a couple), the technicians were so knowledgeable and pleasant.

They explained how they were going to fix that problem step by step. They worked hard to accomplish the task. I would highly recommend their services. Example of true excellence. Additionally, played it safe - wore masks, remained 6 ft. away.

A+! There was no heat in my home for a total of 5 days and 6 nights! I responded with both please and yes! I was sent a picture of the repairman along with his biography in a text message. the message also included his name. This gentleman was an AWESOME guy who walked me through everything that was wrong with my furnace and explained it all to me! His group toiled away from the crack of morning till well into the night! The individual and his team assuaged my concerns by assuring me, Don't worry, you won't be spending another night out in the cold. He and his crew worked diligently until both my heating system and my water heater were successfully installed. You can count on me to spread the word about this company to everyone I know. We’re very professional, especially after a long day. They finished at 10 pm and had to work 7 am the next day. We now have hot water which is all we needed. Would highly recommend this company

The technician who helped me was professional, polite, and walked me through the water heater repair process from beginning to end. He did the job quickly and left zero clean up.

We called them for a simple job. To uninstall a stove and install a brand new stove in its place. We informed them that we had all the parts needed and that the call for assistance was only given due to our landlords request to have a hired contractor. The guy who showed up was nice enough to help us remove the old stove and bring up the brand new stove. However, while the guy was working on the stove and trying to attach the valve to the gas pipe he broke the valve inside the gas regulator. When we made the appointment with the company the company reassured us that they would do the best they can for us and they would work with us on pricing. The guy who came in claimed we had him wait 45 minutes because he said he needed a new pipe valve so my husband ran to the store to get it but it was not 45 minutes. The hardware store was a block away from our house. The guy charged us $240 for the visit and yet wasn’t even able to complete the job of installing the new stove due to the gas regulator being broken by him. He then said he’d have to come back once we get that part fixed and that it would be another $95 for the visit. My husband called the company and spoke with the person who reassured him that if we had any issues with the cost to notify them. This person said they would talk to the owner of the business and get back to us. My husband informed them that he would need a refund or for them to at least replace the part that their employee broke. We have yet to hear back from this place. I would not recommend.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
