The inspector confirmed my suspicions, explained furnace efficiency issues, and tried to soften the blow of the upcoming expense of a new furnace. I had very bad experience. I was desperate so I took their outrageous quote. They still couldn’t come up with an all-in-all solution, just did a topical fix. I had to hire someone else to actually fix the issue for a fraction of their price. Plumber follow up visits were at their own discretion.

Called regarding a broken water heater Monday morning and someone showed up that after noon around 1 pm and replaced it with a new one. The cost was very cheap then what I use to pay a different plumber I'm glad I stumbled upon them they saved me a lot of money. I'll highly recommend.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
