Eco is genuinely an astonishing HVAC company. Been utilizing them for many years now. They generally go above and beyond with their skills, administration, and client support. I called them today, as we are in a difficult cold wave. They had been super incredible to service my rental home, as my occupant has medical problems. I can't say enough how thankful I am for their brief help under these conditions. My technician and the rest of the team are 10 STARS as I would see it. Much thanks once more!

I absolutely love Pat and his team – and I never thought I would feel this strongly about a Plumbing and Heating company. Especially as a new home owner I greatly appreciate their excellent communication process (which also includes patience with my many questions and concerns), promptness and of course, top professionalism when it comes to the actual tasks. They have replaced a water heater, changed pipes and installed a vanity in the bathroom, and installed a ventless gas fireplace for me. Everything done impeccably. As an added (and very valuable) bonus, they they are extremely careful about keeping the house clean and protected. They really do go above and beyond to make sure you, as a customer, are happy. I will absolutely use them for all my relevant needs and will – and have already – highly recommend them to all my friends.

Dan responded quickly to a leaking bath shower problem and repaired and replaced all the plumbing and installed a shower surround in less then 1 day. Its looks great and I couldn't be happier about the updated look. Very pleasant and professional and looking forward to having him do other work for me in the future. Ty Dan

These guys are not the cheapest, but they got back to me when I called, they came around the next day as promised, they were pleasant and helpful, fixed the problem quickly and put everything back the way it was. This was in sharp contrast the other 3 companies I called who didn't even return my calls.

I'm not even going to bother with the others next time.

Our water heater was leaking oily, sticky stuff. Most of the contractors straight up suggested a replacement without even taking a look. These guys agreed to come and take a look. The technician was able to utilize a temporary fix and said that it would probably last us 3-4 months, tops.

I appreciate his honesty. We have no budget for a replacement, so it was nice hiring these guys to squeeze a few more months out of our water heater.

I called them on Friday night when I had no heat, hot water and a leak in a downpipe. They face timed with me to help me shut off the waterless tank. Came by Saturday AM to figure out the issue and were back in the PM to replace the part. Very reasonable price and really nice guys. Will use them for all my plumbing needs.

I have used this company several times over the years. I agree with the other reviewer about their services being pricey, but they respond quickly and do their work correctly, using good materials. Once, I had to call them to re-do a job my neighborhood handyman (read: inexpensive) did poorly. You pay for you get.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
