Everything that could go wrong with my central air / heat pump replacement did - but Frank and Tommy worked tirelessly for 4 days straight to replace my system. They were extremely friendly and even had a few good jokes. They even pointed out a few things wrong with my existing duct work and fixed it, no nickel and diming. Definitely recommend these guys in the future, they were very knowledgeable and responded quickly (called on Thursday and system replacement started within 2 days)

If your looking for an excellent company, no need to look elsewhere. DMC provides such excellent service! I would highly recommend them to anyone considering to get any job done. From their Front Desk Receptionist, to their Service Technicians they are all professional and customer service Orientated. I am highly satisfied with all work that was done by them. I contacted American Way for heating repair and they were able to come out the same day. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. They fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of heating repair.

Being a property manager, I've delt with a few different drain clean out guys. Richie quickly made my permanent contact list. His experience and honesty are rare, Stop reading and call him now! No joke, don't let other companies rip your eyes out with pricing.

Horrible experience! I called this guys to fix a drain leak. They said It can't be repaired need to be replaced entire shower base. Estimated price was $1800. Also they said the drain is glued and will not come off. Absolutely not true. The the drain came off and all I was needed to do is put a plumber putty. Definitely not recommend this guys.

Unsatisfactory job, Over priced, Not very professional.It was a simple kitchen drain clog issue. And there were no leaks, just the water was draining very slowly.The guy from Roto came in, was very unfriendly.. just took one look, flushed once.. immediately gave me 2 pricing options - $535 to remove the clog; or $650 to remove clog + Roto fluid..Even though the price he quoted was way too high, I reluctantly agreed for the $535 job, as I was busy with my remote online work & didn't want to go through other plumbing services at that point.Overall the guy spend 1 hour at my house, with more than half of that time spend in his van looking for his tools & doing other activities..After finishing up the low tech job quickly he noticed a small leak, but then demanded another $280 to fix the small leak, as he said the first amount was only for removing the clog. I reminded him that there was no leaks before he serviced the job and so he should fix it. But he refused and said he will fix the leak only if I pay him an extra $280.By this time i was tired of him & just wanted him off my property..Never again will I opt for Roto-Rooter !This guys are too pricey, unprofessional and don't even do their job well..After my experience with Roto-Rooter, my suggestion to folks, is please go in for some local plumbers or handy men who can do a much better job, be professional and for half the price or less, than RR..

I called them on Friday night when I had no heat, hot water and a leak in a downpipe. They face timed with me to help me shut off the waterless tank. Came by Saturday AM to figure out the issue and were back in the PM to replace the part. Very reasonable price and really nice guys. Will use them for all my plumbing needs.

Not recommended. The technician broke the shutoff valve while fixing our bathroom sink.

We had called about a small leak. The tech came to assess and said we needed a whole new faucet. We agreed and he installed a new one. While doing it, he broke the shutoff valve. He did not try to fix it; after charging us $450 for a new faucet, he simply just left.

When we called the company again for support on replacement valve, they said they would need to charge for the replacement. Charge us for something their own technician broke.

Great business model, old as time. Make something worse, and then charge customer to fix.

I **think** the team leans on a task rabbit type of hiring. So luck of the draw on the technician. This is a guess, as when we first called the company to complain they said we don't have record of sending anyone. We had to send a picture of the receipt from the tech as proof. Even after this, they did not take any responsibility for the poor work of the tech they sent.

Kook & Sons were prompt, efficient, and the repairs are solid. While a little expensive, I'm willing to pay it for quality work. The plumber was also good about explaining the issue and showing me the problem, which is important to me when choosing a plumber.
