Very satisfied!! They came in a pinch! Super friendly honest plumbers that will make sure the job gets done. Most 24 hour dudes are crooks but these guys are super reasonable. I recommend them to anyone in Jersey City.

Horrible experience! I called this guys to fix a drain leak. They said It can't be repaired need to be replaced entire shower base. Estimated price was $1800. Also they said the drain is glued and will not come off. Absolutely not true. The the drain came off and all I was needed to do is put a plumber putty. Definitely not recommend this guys.

I have used DMC for multiple projects in my condominium. The most recent was an installation and replacement of a water heater. The job was scheduled and completed within the week from getting a quote. Their prices are very fair and they do high quality work. On this most recent install, they gave me an estimate which was 1k less than a local competitor. I will continue to use them for any future projects and have recommended them to our Condo Board.

I had very bad experience. I was desperate so I took their outrageous quote. They still couldn’t come up with an all-in-all solution, just did a topical fix. I had to hire someone else to actually fix the issue for a fraction of their price. Plumber follow up visits were at their own discretion.

I called on a Friday for a tenant not having heat, they came and said the thermostat was messed up and it needed to be replaced. Said it will cost about $300. I said okay fix it. The next day the tenant calls saying no one came to fix it, the repair man just left saying I'll come on Saturday at 10am. But no one showed up, I called the dispatcher and he said the job was very serious and needed a expert who will come on a sunday to take a look, at this point I'm thinking what about the thermostat? Anywho someone comes on the Sunday and plays around with the system and tells the tenants the water pump is broken and needs to be replaced and it can only be found in California, it will take 2 weeks. The repair man leaves and the hot water tank starts leaking and now the tenants don't have hot water. I called them but they did not pick up. I call Monday morning and the dispatcher picks up, I told him the problem and he was quiet and goes it going to cost you 1800$ for changing the water pump and that's the problem, I ask him about the thermostat and he was clueless goes that's messed up to okay that too. I say the hot water tank is leaking and there's no hot water and then he goes let me talk to my plumber. Calls me 2 minutes later saying he did not touch it and that's their fault. However he bled the pipes and my tenants specifically asked if bleeding the water will effect the hot water and he said no. Also on the phone he kept saying we didnt charge you for coming, that's because you had a guilty conscience. You went to fix the heat and messed up the hot water as well.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
These people are a scam and all these reviews are fake.

I would highly recommend. Al came the same day, took the time necessary to fix and replace the missing part for our old heater. Extremely friendly, helpful and upfront about the cost without any bad surprises.

I was sent a picture of the repairman along with his biography in a text message. the message also included his name. This gentleman was an AWESOME guy who walked me through everything that was wrong with my furnace and explained it all to me! His group toiled away from the crack of morning till well into the night! The individual and his team assuaged my concerns by assuring me, Don't worry, you won't be spending another night out in the cold. He and his crew worked diligently until both my heating system and my water heater were successfully installed. You can count on me to spread the word about this company to everyone I know. I called Victor Sewer and Drain Services after a week of slow draining/clogged toilets. I made the call at about 8 am. I was told a technician would be available to come by before 11. Around 9:30 am I received a courtesy call letting me know that they were very busy and had pushed the time to noon. He arrived around 11:30. he in and checked out both bathrooms. He explained my options and costs and then go to work. He worked quick, was very professional and personable. I would recommend Victor for clogged toilet cleaning to anyone. He successfully pulled out a Beanie Baby that one of the boys flushed down the toilet! Excellent and affordable service.

Phone doesn’t work

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
