Best New Plumbing in Jersey City NJ

We had 2 leaks first was under the sink, the other was the toilet, we contacted this Plumbing company.
Our technician diagnosed the problem accurately, suggested we replace the kitchen faucet, toilet valve, and flapper.
Long story short, he did a great job and double checked to make sure things were done right and leak free.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Lou and his two sons. Lou has been nothing short of outstanding to work with. Due to hurricane Ida I lost my entire basement and all the utilities. I reached out to Lou to give me a quote for a new boiler and hot water heater and he quickly provided a fully detailed estimate with specifications of exactly what he would be installing. I had a few questions regarding the system as well as warranty information and Lou was always extremely responsive with answers and provided me with all documentation that I requested. Not only did Lou do an outstanding job but I think one of his best qualities is how responsive he is. I never had to chase him as he always picked up his phone and always responded to messages in a timely manner. Lou always remained in contact with us throughout the entire process and he always showed up when he said he would. He did a great job installing my new boiler and indirect hot water heater and even suggested installing it up off the floor in order to avoid any future flood damage just in case. The night he finished the installation he even sent me a follow up message at 8:30 at night to confirm that everything was running flawlessly and that I didn’t have any issues. Him and his sons were a class act and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using them for any and all future work. Thanks a lot Lou for making the process absolutely seamless and stress free!

After taking a ~$1000 full payment to fix a leak, they decamped with the money after cutting open the walls and leaving the work incomplete. Not responding to calls. Fraud. Beware.

Overall great experience. They answered the phone when I called and had a technician at my house the same day. Their pricing was very reasonable and everyone was very friendly.

We had a pipe split in our basement. Found these guys on my google map and haven't looked back. He came relatively on time, fixed the pipe and gave us some tips on another issue we have. We would absolutely use again.

They've done work at my mother's house 3-4 different times and the work has been excellent each time. I'll continue to use them when the need arises again.

They did a very professional and clean job. They even explained how the boiler works and cleaned up after their work was done. They were very quick too.

The price was fair and the work was done well. Carmine came for the consultation. He said that most hot water tanks wouldn't fit, and went out of his way on his own time to find one that did. I don't understand why someone said he charges $150 for a consultation fee. Nothing like that happened. His son did the work, and was friendly and professional.

Excellent from start to finish. Called them because we had a leak upstairs. They worked around my schedule, arrived on time, fixed my issue quickly and efficiently. The Plumber was professional and very careful to leave my bathroom and hall (he had to lug heavy equipment upstairs) as clean and neat as possible. Their price was very fair for the work done. I would recommend them to anyone, good customer service is very difficult to find in around town. It was refreshing to work with a company that is customer centric.

Unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

I called several times over the course of a few weeks to no avail. Finally, I got through to the owner who made up various excuses for not getting back to me. He then came on location and assessed the job - HVAC installation. He was rather arrogant but nonetheless promised to give me a quote for the job and, of course, he never did. I followed up three times and was ghosted.

Total waste of time and energy. Why work with people like that?

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
