Tired of plumbers no-showing, up-selling or overcharging, we gave this Company a try.
They show up on time, work fast, do a good job, charge a fair price and are nice about it.
So far we've only used them for drain cleaning but if we need a plumber again, it must be them.

Never wrote a review before but felt compelled to write one for this great company. Highly recommend! Adam who answered the phone was very responsive - had a technician (Mo) at our home in an hour...we called at 8 pm! Mo was very skilled, thorough (took time to talk through the situation - twice) and spotlessly cleaned up after all the work was done. Highly recommend!

Supervise them every moment of their service, otherwise they just leave you with damages and lots of work.
They left my house with a lot of dirt, not responsible to clean up. The worse part was when they were taking up the old water heater up from the stairs, they broke my stairs and when I told them, they offered me a ridiculous amount which was like insulting us and asked me to claim to PSEG which they already knew they don't take the responsibility either. I trusted PSEG that is supervising these companies!

The technician who helped me was professional, polite, and walked me through the water heater repair process from beginning to end. He did the job quickly and left zero clean up.

Woke up at 6am Saturday to find water leaking from below the kitchen sink. Our regular plumber was out of the country so I checked nextdoor for recommendations and Ambrozia was the first one I came across so I called. It was 6:45am on a Saturday but I left a message and 10 minutes later (not even 7am yet!) I got a call back. They were on their way to a continuing education course (gotta retain that licensure) so he gave me the number of another guy on his team. I called and left a message, and before 8am had a call back and a commitment that they'd arrive before noon. Sure enough, they were in my driveway before 11am, had the problem fixed quickly, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, I was able to put it behind me and get on with my weekend. Highly recommend!!

I had an incredibly poor experience with this plumbing company. They sent around a plumber who was very short of any real plumbing skills. He charged $200 to seal a strainer onto the sink which he managed to mess up. The strainer is fixed lopsided and is not centered correctly (there is also excess putty all over the sink hole). In addition, the plumber was unable to connect the new faucet telling me that I was missing a key part (the screw nut). It turns out I was not missing any parts, the glacier bay faucets use the plastic tubing to fix themselves to the countertop. The plumber specifically told me this plastic tubing did not belong with this faucet.... it’s frankly quite daunting when one considers the level of ineptitude. I should add that the plumber brought zero tools with him claiming that they had been stolen the day before (I wonder if he’s used that line before). Why the company is sending out plumbers with no tools to service jobs is simply beyond me. I can go on...the plumber attempted to connect the tailpipe to the new strainer but the tailpipe needed to be shortened...without the proper tools he used a pocket knife and made a poor cut. After he left I went and bought a new tailpipe and did this job myself. I would recommend people watch YouTube and do their own plumbing work rather than hire this company. It was one of those lessons in life.

I've called upon Richie D several times over the last several years to help with some plumbing issues. Very easy to contact and schedule an appointment, and Ivar is always on time and offers great services! Clearing drain lines isn't the most pleasant business, but he's been nothing short of professional and informative, and helps explain his thought process, potential causes, and ways to prevent issues going forward. There's a lot of care to make sure no damage is done to the building or floors either, which I really appreciate. Pricing is more than reasonable for the work done, especially compared to larger companies. Would definitely recommend!

I have used Roto-Rooter several times for plumbing issues in the last ten years and all personnel have been knowledgeable and courteous. The techs arrived in a timely manner and did a fantastic job. They were friendly and explained everything to me. If I could give more than 6 stars I would. Roto Rooter has never disappointed me.

Our water heater was leaking oily, sticky stuff. Most of the contractors straight up suggested a replacement without even taking a look. These guys agreed to come and take a look. The technician was able to utilize a temporary fix and said that it would probably last us 3-4 months, tops.

I appreciate his honesty. We have no budget for a replacement, so it was nice hiring these guys to squeeze a few more months out of our water heater.

Horrible experience! I called this guys to fix a drain leak. They said It can't be repaired need to be replaced entire shower base. Estimated price was $1800. Also they said the drain is glued and will not come off. Absolutely not true. The the drain came off and all I was needed to do is put a plumber putty. Definitely not recommend this guys.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
