Lou and his Son replaced rusted steam pipes and tuned up our boiler recently. The work was beyond my expectations. I found Lou to be down to earth and user friendly throughout the process. He did not try to sell me anything but pointed out how some things need cleaning instead of just replacing them. I will call on him again!

I'm super happy with these guys. I chose them because of their reviews here & it was well worth my time. We had a terrible water backup in the basement while doing laundry that we could not resolve ourselves & I called DMC plumbing & heat in a panic as the water pooled in my basement. When I called, the receptionist was extremely helpful and had a guy here in under a half hour to help. When the service tech Kevin showed up, not only was he was very nice and very professional, but he knew exactly what to do. He quickly got on to snaking the main line & in no time had the issue resolved. I could not ask for a better experience. I honestly don't think I could have made a better choice. If your in need of a plumber... these are the guys you want! best service in town

Really good experience, Edi came and fixed our toilet pipes and replaced our bathroom faucet. Timely, reasonably priced, and courteous.

After taking a ~$1000 full payment to fix a leak, they decamped with the money after cutting open the walls and leaving the work incomplete. Not responding to calls. Fraud. Beware.

Horrible experience! I called this guys to fix a drain leak. They said It can't be repaired need to be replaced entire shower base. Estimated price was $1800. Also they said the drain is glued and will not come off. Absolutely not true. The the drain came off and all I was needed to do is put a plumber putty. Definitely not recommend this guys.

Had an appointment for the morning and called at 12:30 when nobody showed up. They said they would send someone at 3, but nobody came at that time either. Really disappointing since the other reviews seem so positive.

He solved two tricky problems. A slow draining bathtub that I was unable to snake myself, he determined that the snake was going the wrong direction, perhaps due to an incorrectly orientated fitting. And he was able to clear the blockage with some finesse. He also replaced a cartridge in the shower and fixed the unorthodox work from the contractor who remodeled the bathroom. The price was also great both relative to the time he spent and compared with the last plumber I used.

i would've loved to work with this business as they came highly recommended by a few friends, but after repeated phone calls, each to an answering service and no direct contact with the business, i figured they must be doing so well they don't have to return phone calls to customers anymore. which, if i were to really think about it, i'm not sure i want to do business with them either, if they're making it this hard to give them business and money. i hope your experience with them is better. but as for me, i won't be calling them again.
just to add, my call to guarini plumbing and heating (whom i presume would be a competing business) was answered immediately by their employee, not an answering service, and with exchanges not only via phone, but also email. so you be the judge what makes a business worthy of your hard earned $$

Despite the fact that it is typically challenging to trust a service from a person who understands a trade and client who knows nothing, I was fortunate enough to have a plumber visit to my house who was completely honest. He was exceedingly wise, considerate, and compassionate. He showed me what he had already completed and what he had planned to do before starting the work. This man will succeed if his employer will let him. Try addressing him by name. His name is Rowland. When we eventually connected, I felt comfortable letting my guard down. We’re very professional, especially after a long day. They finished at 10 pm and had to work 7 am the next day. We now have hot water which is all we needed. Would highly recommend this company

The technician who helped me was professional, polite, and walked me through the water heater repair process from beginning to end. He did the job quickly and left zero clean up.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
