Best Heater Systems in Jersey City NJ

I have always gone with this company.  They do a good job,  even came back to check an issue I thought I had with the tail pipe on the sink not being perpendicular or plumb,  so the drain pipes look as if they were slanted 5-10 degrees to the back.  It turns out it was more of an issue with the sink than with the plumbing work.  They stand behind their work.  I would call them for any future work.

I am very happy with my experience. Kevin was very helpful and thorough with his suggestions. Best experience I've had with a plumber. I love how professional and fast they were with their service. If I need services in the future, I will definatelly contact them again and reffered them to my friends and family.

Our furnace would not light. First cold day. We went on the neighborhood chat group and were recommended to American Way. I phoned them at 7:45am and a real person picked up on the first ring. I was told the technician would come between 11-2. The two-man team phoned me at 9:30, arrived at 9:45, had the furnace lit in under 5 minutes. Adam had me crouched down in front of the ignition assembly as he explained the situation. He demonstrated how to deal with a reoccurrence and explained what parts should be replaced (the furnace is 25-30 yrs old). No nonsense, reasonable charges. Needless to say I asked them for a sticker to put on my unit.

I really appreciate Dr Rooter for fixing my plumbing problems with my toilet. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him to shine looking for plumbing problems. I’ll definitely be using your services again, thanks once again.

I cannot recommend this company more! When we called, he both responded and made an appointment for that same day. Richie was fast, efficient, and tried multiple methods to solve our problem for us. He even was helpful in providing information for future help to keep the drain from clogging again. Extremely professional and was even great with our dog that gets nervous around new people.

I would use their services again and recommend to anyone. Damine was very professional and thorough and price was very reasonable.

I had a water valve burst in my finished basement on Christmas morning. I don't know how much water came out, or how long before it was broken (thank you laundry pile for absorbing so much), but it was a lot. Unfortunately I had no way to stop the leak other than shutting off the water main to my entire house... a house which uses radiator heat, and thus needs water to keep warm. I called Hurricane and they had some one out there on Christmas afternoon, just a few hours later, to fix the problem and get my house livable again. I have no clue what a reasonable price for saving my butt on Christmas day is, but they were the only plumber around that was even willing to do the work, so to me that's five star worthy. Erik was incredibly responsive and great with communicating. Brendan did the job well and was very friendly. I hope to never be in this situation again, but if I am, they'd be my first call.

My thermostat hasn’t worked properly in Over a year , I’ve contacted many companies to come fix it and not one has ever fixed it completely until I called tommy . BEST SERVICE EVER

Gave me a price of $12,500 without actually seeing the job. He sent a tech, tech was nice, but the supervisor over the phone gave me this price. I asked him how he came up with the number, he started explaining, I said you haven't seen the job. I told him I'm in this business and know what's needed to do the job..how can you estimate a job you haven't seen? Its roughly 25 feet of 1 1/2 inch copper pipe. Than they charged me a service fee. I work in this business and when a company over shoots, its because they just want a quick buck with the service fee. Would not recommend. Thieves are what yous are. I got multiple estimates no where near their blind estimate. Again stay away, get multiple estimates.

This company is the most professional I've ever seen. They were on time and worked in a timely manner. Not only did they get the work done but they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results.

Kook & Sons were prompt, efficient, and the repairs are solid. While a little expensive, I'm willing to pay it for quality work. The plumber was also good about explaining the issue and showing me the problem, which is important to me when choosing a plumber.
