I called them this morning and they arrived on time to replace our AC. Very professional and neat. I highly recommend them for a very impressive outcome to our new AC!

Seriously disappointed in the HVAC Technician's inability to troubleshoot and repair my air conditioner. They would only see one issue at a time and couldn't get to the root cause. Ultimately they quoted me $550 to replace a $42 part. Only giving two stars because they were quick to answer the phone and show up (although they will charge you for that--fix or not)!

A+! There was no heat in my home for a total of 5 days and 6 nights! I responded with both please and yes! I was sent a picture of the repairman along with his biography in a text message. the message also included his name. This gentleman was an AWESOME guy who walked me through everything that was wrong with my furnace and explained it all to me! His group toiled away from the crack of morning till well into the night! The individual and his team assuaged my concerns by assuring me, Don't worry, you won't be spending another night out in the cold. He and his crew worked diligently until both my heating system and my water heater were successfully installed. You can count on me to spread the word about this company to everyone I know. The technician who helped me was professional, polite, and walked me through the water heater repair process from beginning to end. He did the job quickly and left zero clean up.

Our kitchen sink was leaking, and we urgently needed a plumber to fix the problem. Thankfully, we found this reliable plumber, and they were quick to respond to our call. They efficiently identified the source of the leak and promptly repaired it. Their knowledge and expertise saved us from potential water damage. Highly recommended!

I called Aladdin at 8 am with a heating emergency. I was told someone would be there by 11:00 and sure enough they came right on time. They fixed the problem at a decent price, especially considering they had me over the barrel.

Horrible experience! I called this guys to fix a drain leak. They said It can't be repaired need to be replaced entire shower base. Estimated price was $1800. Also they said the drain is glued and will not come off. Absolutely not true. The the drain came off and all I was needed to do is put a plumber putty. Definitely not recommend this guys.

We called them for a simple job. To uninstall a stove and install a brand new stove in its place. We informed them that we had all the parts needed and that the call for assistance was only given due to our landlords request to have a hired contractor. The guy who showed up was nice enough to help us remove the old stove and bring up the brand new stove. However, while the guy was working on the stove and trying to attach the valve to the gas pipe he broke the valve inside the gas regulator. When we made the appointment with the company the company reassured us that they would do the best they can for us and they would work with us on pricing. The guy who came in claimed we had him wait 45 minutes because he said he needed a new pipe valve so my husband ran to the store to get it but it was not 45 minutes. The hardware store was a block away from our house. The guy charged us $240 for the visit and yet wasn’t even able to complete the job of installing the new stove due to the gas regulator being broken by him. He then said he’d have to come back once we get that part fixed and that it would be another $95 for the visit. My husband called the company and spoke with the person who reassured him that if we had any issues with the cost to notify them. This person said they would talk to the owner of the business and get back to us. My husband informed them that he would need a refund or for them to at least replace the part that their employee broke. We have yet to hear back from this place. I would not recommend.

Made an appointment to have some work done at 8:30am. It's been about an hour with nobody showing up, nobody calling and nobody answering their phone. Look elsewhere.

The name speaks for it self. I had an emergency call with my toilet over flowing this early afternoon. So i called them an Betty had answered the phone very friendly an kind. She had sent a plumber to my home in no later then 20 mins to get the work done he too was very friendly as well. He got the job done in a timely matter an did a great job too. The prices were very affordable . I was very satisfied with the work that was done. I will recommend my family an friends for future services as well as my self.

While it remains to be seen if my central A/C unit continues to function properly, I have nothing but good things to say about the professionalism and apparent attention to detail from this morning's visit. After a weekend of excessive heat, my A/C was struggling to keep up. I called Royal Air this morning and they said they would try to get out to us today, the earliest being the afternoon. But less than hour later they called to say they could swing by in the morning. Chris showed up with his diagnostic equipment at the ready, got it plugged in and monitoring, and even cleaned the side filters of my unit. After about 15 minutes he gave it the all-clear, saying that everything checked out and it was likely just overheating due to dirty filters. He didn't try to sell me on anything, told me to keep an eye on it for a few days, and if any issues come up, they'd be right out to take a look. Definitely adding them to my contacts. And I'm definitely going to work on being better at home maintenance.

The service person was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, had a pretty good idea of what the problem was about and what it would take to unclog the drain. All in all, a great job! Thank you.

Not recommended. The technician broke the shutoff valve while fixing our bathroom sink.

We had called about a small leak. The tech came to assess and said we needed a whole new faucet. We agreed and he installed a new one. While doing it, he broke the shutoff valve. He did not try to fix it; after charging us $450 for a new faucet, he simply just left.

When we called the company again for support on replacement valve, they said they would need to charge for the replacement. Charge us for something their own technician broke.

Great business model, old as time. Make something worse, and then charge customer to fix.

I **think** the team leans on a task rabbit type of hiring. So luck of the draw on the technician. This is a guess, as when we first called the company to complain they said we don't have record of sending anyone. We had to send a picture of the receipt from the tech as proof. Even after this, they did not take any responsibility for the poor work of the tech they sent.

Way to expensive. I will never use the or recommend.
