Best Furnace Installation in Jersey City NJ
Professional, responsive, super honest, problem solved same day. We had a pipe under our kitchen sink that was leaking pretty badly. I called on a Friday morning and spoke to Omar, who offered to come the same day.
In addition to the rapid response, when Omar came to diagnose the problem in person, he played around with the pipe and realized it was a pretty quick fix. So even though we had already agreed on a price for more serious work (based on videos I had sent him when we first spoke), Omar spent 10 or 15 minutes fixing the problem and refused our money.
That kind of honesty and generosity really stood out to us and were greatly appreciated. In industries like plumbing (or auto repair, etc.), the consumer usually doesn't have the knowledge to know exactly what's going on, so we rely on trust. And in this case, Omar was so honest and customer-focused about the problem (an easier fix than originally anticipated) that he gave up money and made the quicker fix for free.
We are greatly appreciative, and while we hope we don't have any leaky pipes again soon, we will definitely reach back out to Omar and team.

Called for EMERGENCY replacement of a leaking water heater on a 3rd floor condo. Water damage to downstairs unit. Took 3 days to do a one day job to replace a water heater. First day, came late to an emergency call, ordered wrong water heater ( had to pay tenant hotel night) Day two: came mid day set new heater, solder, filled water and than realized venting connection was 4 inch pieces and didn’t have parts. Day 3 finished the job. A $3000 job without warning charged $4000 for extra day and parts without informing me first. As well, my tenant asked to put down tarp where they were working bc there was carpeting in bedroom where heater was. Never followed and I asked if they were going to clean stained carpets and he said it was already “dirty” and with a big attitude. He gave me a call later saying he will come back later to clean carpet. When the carpets were cleaned I than paid the $4000. Just a FYI...I’m an electrician as well as my tenant and his work (craft) was sub par. He did not set heater center to room, pipes were not leveled and sweating (soldering was messy) but it is was it is.
This is why I posted this poor remark. The tenant downstairs called me about 2 months later saying there is loud sounds coming from my water heater room. He heard it weeks prior but did not call me. I checked it out and whenever shower, faucet and toilet are used there is a louder sound coming from the water heater especially near the vent duct. I called ECO and told dispatcher 2 month water heater installed by his guys is making loud sounds. It has to be an issue if the downstairs neighbor is complaining of loud noises whenever water is used. Made an appointment but my tenant had to cancel so I called to reschedule and called 5 times and left 2 messages in one day and they never got back to me. STILL til this day no return call!! Still waiting 😴😴😴
I won’t use names but dispatcher still hasn’t returned my call to check out a 2 month old water heater they installed. I will know have to get a new hvac company to check out his company’s hack workmanship and horrible customer service. This was worse experience dealing with any kind of contractor especially when I come from the trades and deal with them all the time.
If they would have just returned my calls and check out their work, I would have never posted this poor evaluation.

They came out same day to fix a leaky sink and blocked pipe. They were just amazing. They were happy, professional, informative, polite, respectful and efficient. They are now my go to plumbers. One decision I won't have to make in the future!!!

While it remains to be seen if my central A/C unit continues to function properly, I have nothing but good things to say about the professionalism and apparent attention to detail from this morning's visit. After a weekend of excessive heat, my A/C was struggling to keep up. I called Royal Air this morning and they said they would try to get out to us today, the earliest being the afternoon. But less than hour later they called to say they could swing by in the morning. Chris showed up with his diagnostic equipment at the ready, got it plugged in and monitoring, and even cleaned the side filters of my unit. After about 15 minutes he gave it the all-clear, saying that everything checked out and it was likely just overheating due to dirty filters. He didn't try to sell me on anything, told me to keep an eye on it for a few days, and if any issues come up, they'd be right out to take a look. Definitely adding them to my contacts. And I'm definitely going to work on being better at home maintenance.

Not recommended. The technician broke the shutoff valve while fixing our bathroom sink.
We had called about a small leak. The tech came to assess and said we needed a whole new faucet. We agreed and he installed a new one. While doing it, he broke the shutoff valve. He did not try to fix it; after charging us $450 for a new faucet, he simply just left.
When we called the company again for support on replacement valve, they said they would need to charge for the replacement. Charge us for something their own technician broke.
Great business model, old as time. Make something worse, and then charge customer to fix.
I **think** the team leans on a task rabbit type of hiring. So luck of the draw on the technician. This is a guess, as when we first called the company to complain they said we don't have record of sending anyone. We had to send a picture of the receipt from the tech as proof. Even after this, they did not take any responsibility for the poor work of the tech they sent.

Howard and his team did a great job installing a full split ductless AC system in my 5th floor condo building in downtown Jersey City.
Three air handlers and one exterior wall mount units, Mitsubishi hyper heat and AC system.
They are a diamond dealer as well.
I am quite particular about analyzing cost and doing my due diligence. Spent a lot of time asking questions and Howard was able to be patient and addressed them all.
It was a complicated install, but Howard and his team took their time to plan out precisely where the units would go.
Regardless of the challenges encountered; they were able to work through all of them.
This was an expensive job, but totally worth it..
