Best Furnace Installation in Jersey City NJ

My toilet was leaking, so I tried to fix it myself after I failed miserably, I finally gave them a call. 2 hours later the plumber came in, explained the situation, went right into action, and had my leak finish in no time! All I can say is, is how professional and awesome he was! Highly, highly recommended!!!! Thank you, guys!!!

Always quick to answer when you call! Can always get a service tech to come check out your problems on the day you call. I suggest this place to all my friends and family! Real professional.

I asked them to come and assess an issue with our kitchen faucet. They came to my house, spent a minute looking at the sink and told me I needed a new faucet and proceeded to quote me $750 to replace it. We ended up buying a sink at Lowe’s for $140 and hiring someone else to install it for $200. I’m glad I had the sense to tell them their quote was absurd. Beware.

What an awful experience trying to work with this company. The technicians blew off THREE different appointments for a site visit and consultation. Additionally, they never responded to my emails. Incredibly unprofessional and rude.

UPDATE - The below response from the owner is clearly nonsense. If you look at all of the responses to negative reviews they all say you might have called a different service. Nope. I did not call a different service. I called Eco Plumbing and Heating and spoke to Zach, Mo and Marc on three different occasions. All three made appointments with me and blew me off. Additionally, nobody ever responded to my intake form or my voice mail messages. TERRIBLE

Great service, fast and reliable. Their handyman arrived within an hour on a Friday night and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. These guys have earned my recommendation.

They swiftly fixed the leak after successfully locating its cause. We avoided potential water damage because to their expertise and understanding. highly advisable

We are so happy we chose Chris and his dad the installation. Even though our project was small and we were on a budget, Royal Heating didn't shy away or make us feel insignificant.
Chris saved us $$$ by recommending a soffit for this particular project which worked out great as I was able to implement in ceiling speakers.
When we came home after a holiday and the AC wasn't kicking in, Royal Heating had an employee dispatched immediately.

Not recommended. The technician broke the shutoff valve while fixing our bathroom sink.

We had called about a small leak. The tech came to assess and said we needed a whole new faucet. We agreed and he installed a new one. While doing it, he broke the shutoff valve. He did not try to fix it; after charging us $450 for a new faucet, he simply just left.

When we called the company again for support on replacement valve, they said they would need to charge for the replacement. Charge us for something their own technician broke.

Great business model, old as time. Make something worse, and then charge customer to fix.

I **think** the team leans on a task rabbit type of hiring. So luck of the draw on the technician. This is a guess, as when we first called the company to complain they said we don't have record of sending anyone. We had to send a picture of the receipt from the tech as proof. Even after this, they did not take any responsibility for the poor work of the tech they sent.

Loai was wonderful- he came to fix the AC because we had an electrical fire. I called at 12am - the company picked up and they were here by morning time ! He immediately fixed our AC but also noticed that our water heater was leaking which could have caused massive damage!! He installed that as well without hesitation! He was assertive, prompt, speedy, and very helpful! He was also able to diagnose what was wrong with our heating as well and will be coming back in the winter time to fix that . A very patient man. Thank goodness for his knowledge! This could have been a disaster but with his knowledge. Everything is solved. Thank you Eco!

Highly recommend! In June 2021, I needed to replace my combi tankless water heater in a somewhat ‘tough to reach’ location in my home. Kook and Son provided a quote and had the most knowledge and care in assessing the situation for me, so they felt trustworthy from the start. They weren’t my least expensive quote but quality/trust that it would get done right the first time was most important. I had found out about this company through a friend who is a real estate agent in Hoboken - so again, this recommendation helped build trust early on. Howard was also very helpful and accommodating as I got the town permits for the project. The communication throughout the project was top notch. The team who replaced my unit were friendly and professional. Overall, very happy with my experience and would refer them without hesitation to a friend.
