Best Emergency Plumbing Repairs in Jersey City NJ

I have always gone with this company.  They do a good job,  even came back to check an issue I thought I had with the tail pipe on the sink not being perpendicular or plumb,  so the drain pipes look as if they were slanted 5-10 degrees to the back.  It turns out it was more of an issue with the sink than with the plumbing work.  They stand behind their work.  I would call them for any future work.

Great service and honest work. They did a great job with our trench less plumbing when our sewer line needed to be fixed. We had another quote from a different company and it cost more than double and that was without the other company re-pouring the concrete. I was sent a picture of the repairman along with his biography in a text message. the message also included his name. This gentleman was an AWESOME guy who walked me through everything that was wrong with my furnace and explained it all to me! His group toiled away from the crack of morning till well into the night! The individual and his team assuaged my concerns by assuring me, Don't worry, you won't be spending another night out in the cold. The technician who helped me was professional, polite, and walked me through the water heater repair process from beginning to end. He did the job quickly and left zero clean up.

As someone who rarely writes negative reviews, I'll have to warn ANYONE considering hiring Carmine, the sole owner and operator of this chop shop. I called last week to which Carmine promised me he would come by WITHOUT charging for an initial fee. As he seemed so friendly, I thought I'd give him a try. This week when we're finally ready to schedule the appointment for tomorrow, guess what? All bets are off!

Carmine proceeded to ask to charge $150 initial consultation fee JUST FOR SHOWING UP, which is double to triple others' fees in this area. Also, the condescending attitude DOES NOT HELP, CARMINE.

To top it off, he had the NERVE to say and I'll consider to apply it to the fixing cost, I MAY apply this as a credit. Anyone with ANY experience hiring contractors knows that it is absolutely customary for the initial consultation fee to be applied to the actual project cost. That's just basic standard operating procedure for ANYONE IN BUSINESS. I guess he figured I would be easy to fool. Read previous reviews and you'll see exactly why he chose to pick on me. Doesn't he know that the internet exists? Does he seriously think he's the only person I called?

What a switch and bait ploy. To LIE to a potential customer is unacceptable and unprofessional. More importantly, it shows you what character this person has. I told him straight to his face I don't trust you, no way I'm hiring you for anything.

BEWARE OF Carmine and his shenanigans! Don't let his fake demeanor fool you - he's just going to waste your time like he did mine. What a fraud!

We called M&A today for an emergency job and not only did they show up almost immediately but their service was impeccable. The stress relief as a home owner is unmeasurable thanks to their help!

Called regarding a broken water heater Monday morning and someone showed up that after noon around 1 pm and replaced it with a new one. The cost was very cheap then what I use to pay a different plumber I'm glad I stumbled upon them they saved me a lot of money. I'll highly recommend.

They provided service for us when we were in a time crunch. They were professional and had reasonable prices. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

JOE, a young, schooled and on the job trained plumbing tech, is well spoken in English and knowledgeably articulate, which is almost as important as having been schooled & trained!

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
