Because the available schedule did not fit my need, I had to look somewhere else. However, I would recommend this plumbing company.

I asked them to come and assess an issue with our kitchen faucet. They came to my house, spent a minute looking at the sink and told me I needed a new faucet and proceeded to quote me $750 to replace it. We ended up buying a sink at Lowe’s for $140 and hiring someone else to install it for $200. I’m glad I had the sense to tell them their quote was absurd. Beware.

I had a water valve burst in my finished basement on Christmas morning. I don't know how much water came out, or how long before it was broken (thank you laundry pile for absorbing so much), but it was a lot. Unfortunately I had no way to stop the leak other than shutting off the water main to my entire house... a house which uses radiator heat, and thus needs water to keep warm. I called Hurricane and they had some one out there on Christmas afternoon, just a few hours later, to fix the problem and get my house livable again. I have no clue what a reasonable price for saving my butt on Christmas day is, but they were the only plumber around that was even willing to do the work, so to me that's five star worthy. Erik was incredibly responsive and great with communicating. Brendan did the job well and was very friendly. I hope to never be in this situation again, but if I am, they'd be my first call.

Perhaps they are a fine plumbing business but that is not the experience we had. Our issues could have been avoided with better communication from operations. A commercial plumbing project was scheduled with Guarini but 2 days before project start, they canceled citing schedule and budgetary issues despite no changes in details. We have parted ways.

The technician who helped me was professional, polite, and walked me through the water heater repair process from beginning to end. He did the job quickly and left zero clean up.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
