Best Commercial Plumbing Repairs in Jersey City NJ

I called Royal for a quote on a job I wanted done in Hoboken. They never showed up, even though coming and looking at the project would only take 5 minutes. Before you read further, please notice that most 5 star reviews for this company are 1 year or more old!

I called on Thursday and someone said they would come between 11am and 1pm on Friday. Well, not only did no one show up, no one bothered to call either. When I finally called around 4pm, someone again said they could come on Saturday. I stayed home all day waiting for them and again, nothing!

It's now 5pm on Saturday and I haven't heard from anyone. If I can't count on someone to show up for the easy part, then I cannot rely on you to get the job done on time.

P.S. Rick from Royal just called, and when I expressed my concern above he told me it's because we do such great work, and we are very busy . . . but if that's the attitude you have, then that's great have a great day!. Zero star service all around guys, you act like there's no competition in your industry. For anyone reading this, just skip them and go to the next guy.

I'll post another review on the other company when the job is done.

To fix a small leaking value which should have costed me only $124, I ended up spending $724.
- Had to spend $724
- They opened my bathroom walls
- Gave me a quote of $900 for fixing the leak
- They gave an additional quote of $4800 for replacing the entire plumbing which was not needed.

I trusted DMC as a professional company and called them for inspecting a water leak in my basement. This is a 35+ year old company and it was sad to see that the technician was not an expert. For every decision, he had to call his superiors for solutions who suggested solutions without even looking at the problem.
35+ year company technician didn’t even have the basic tools like flashlight, proper wall cutting tool or Borescope camera.

The technician after inspecting the leak told me that the leak was due to a broken pike in the 1st floor bathroom and need to cut open the wall, after opening the wall he said to fix the leak I need to first fix the main water support and charged me $600 for doing it.
Later on, he said the leak was from the 2nd floor bathroom and need to break open the 2nd floor bath room. After opening the 2nd floor bathroom he said the leak in between the beams running between 1st and 2nd floor bathroom and told that the entire floor need to be opened(gave me a quote of $900) to fix it.
Later he suggested me to change the entire plumbing system instead of fixing only the leak, suggested me to change the entire plumbing for both the bathrooms. He quoted me $4800 for doing the complete change.
I felt something was suspicious and decided to give a look on my own, noticed that the leak was a small leak with the flush valve outside the wall(fix costed me only $124).
I would not recommend them to anyone, they speak very sweetly making you feel they are right. This will be my last encounter with DMC Plumbing and will never suggest them for anyone.

My A/C stopped making cold air. Called this company and they replied very quickly (within 30 minutes).They visited my home the same day and checked the A/C. While everything looks good, they suspected that it's a breaker's issue. They helped me to reset the breaker, and the A/C worked for a while.
However, the breaker jumped again after about 10 minutes. So I sent a message and they helped me to replace the old breaker. So far it has been a week and the A/C works properly. I am pleased that they replied me and solved the problem in the same day.

Our furnace would not light. First cold day. We went on the neighborhood chat group and were recommended to American Way. I phoned them at 7:45am and a real person picked up on the first ring. I was told the technician would come between 11-2. The two-man team phoned me at 9:30, arrived at 9:45, had the furnace lit in under 5 minutes. Adam had me crouched down in front of the ignition assembly as he explained the situation. He demonstrated how to deal with a reoccurrence and explained what parts should be replaced (the furnace is 25-30 yrs old). No nonsense, reasonable charges. Needless to say I asked them for a sticker to put on my unit.

A+! There was no heat in my home for a total of 5 days and 6 nights! I responded with both please and yes! I was sent a picture of the repairman along with his biography in a text message. the message also included his name. This gentleman was an AWESOME guy who walked me through everything that was wrong with my furnace and explained it all to me! His group toiled away from the crack of morning till well into the night! The individual and his team assuaged my concerns by assuring me, Don't worry, you won't be spending another night out in the cold. He and his crew worked diligently until both my heating system and my water heater were successfully installed. You can count on me to spread the word about this company to everyone I know. I had a water valve burst in my finished basement on Christmas morning. I don't know how much water came out, or how long before it was broken (thank you laundry pile for absorbing so much), but it was a lot. Unfortunately I had no way to stop the leak other than shutting off the water main to my entire house... a house which uses radiator heat, and thus needs water to keep warm. I called Hurricane and they had some one out there on Christmas afternoon, just a few hours later, to fix the problem and get my house livable again. I have no clue what a reasonable price for saving my butt on Christmas day is, but they were the only plumber around that was even willing to do the work, so to me that's five star worthy. Erik was incredibly responsive and great with communicating. Brendan did the job well and was very friendly. I hope to never be in this situation again, but if I am, they'd be my first call.

Five stars! Professional and fair from start to finish. Water heater replaced (ugh!) but the team at Clear Flow explained our options and provided great recommendations. Dan and his team performed an emergency repair of my father-in-law's bathroom floor. He ensured the repair was done correctly and the floor was level, since my father-in-law uses a walker to move around. Sherry, the office manager, communicated prices, timeframes, and other details in a timely and efficient manner. The repaired floor looks great and my father-in-law can now use the bathroom safely.

We will definitely consider Dan's team for any future repairs and renovations.

This company is the most professional I've ever seen. They were on time and worked in a timely manner. Not only did they get the work done but they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
